Short distance from Grand Palace

Dirty walls and bad smell in room. Safety box was not working. Fitness room was lame, 3 out of 4 equipments didn´t work. Interruption from lobby, too noisy. Expensive, not 4 star.

Value for Money

They mention explicitly that they dont have room service!!!!! You have to climb 10 stairs to the hotel, and no ramps for a baby stroller nor wheel chairs. No staff to help with moving luggage Security room to leave your luggage is totally unsecured. I took my luggage without any monitoring. Could've taken someone else's very easily!!!

Rooms were over-price and tatty. Sink Plug did not work, so once sink was filled it could not be emptied. Aircon did not work and room was too hot.

Wifi I had a wifi access problem, and even notifying the reception several times I did not had an effective response nor a reinbursement (I need to pay an external service of 4,90 eur in order to access the internet). Parking It is not clear that the parking is not included and have a high cost (20 eur).

The location was great, close enough to all attractions, metro and train station.

A 10-15 minute walk to Grand Place. I chose this hotel because I thought it was closer to a conference centre near grand place, However the walk was quite pleasant. It is located between Brussels central and midi stations and is a llong walk with bags. Therefore a taxi is required. It is in a reasonable location. But on the fringes of a rough "downtown" area around Brussels midi station (Eurostar terminus). The room was clean, spacious, quiet with aircon and satellite tv. Breakfast ok.

Poor facilities. No kettle ot complimentary tea/coffee in room. No iron in hotel and I was attending a business meeting so creased clothes. Had to pay 10 euros a day for wifi..why not free? Staff pleasant but not welcoming/friendly. Satifactory for my business stay but would not usea again.

Convenient location. Spacious room. Beds and sheets clean.

No tea making facilities in room. Stains on carpet. Cigarette burns on furniture. No proper shower. (Only shower over bath - not acceptable in four star hotel). En suite could do with a face-lift.

The room was huge--this was a surprise as I'm used to Western European hotel rooms being cramped (not that I mind much). The bathroom was huge as well. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very nice. The lounge outside the breakfast room was lit with tons of natural light and is a beautiful space in which to relax.

Breakfast was nothing special; the coffee machine was terrible (I would not call what came out coffee of any sort). The room was a little worn, not extremely clean (though I've stayed in worse), and a few spots in the room required repair. My room was non-smoking (assumed the entire floor was), but the hallway absolutely reeked of smoke, which was physically irritating (but thankfully did not permeate into my room).

Good hotel with large rooms.

Location. It's not far from the station. Street is very dirty, looks like criminogenic at night.

El aparcamiento en la zona ya que es zona azul nos informaron de un parking cercano que costaba 18€ el dia
