Breakfast was unprapared and late, poor service

Staff were very unhelpful. Wifi was an additional eur 15 per day. Colleagues room was dirty when we checked-in and the staff were not at all bothered and didn't even offer another room. 2 hours later his room was still not cleaned.

Good location with easy access to city centre and Gare du Midi - walking distance. Modern and comfortable - no frills, strictly a b&b but fair value.

Good quiet room but had to request towels and bathroom accessories. A pile of wet towels had been left in the room which, I suspect had been cleaned in a hurry.

The room size was very large! The breakfast buffet was also very nice, good selections and the coffee was delicious.

The room was a little stuffy and I was not able to change the temperature on the thermostat.

It was quite close to the grand place ..,.only some minutes walk.

Breakfast is satisfactory but could become boring and tasteless after the 4 day. More attention and follow up of simple complaints would have been costless and made the stay more satisfactory.

They charged my company credit card twice over three days for the one booking!!!

In this class of hotel I would expect refreshments available when one arrives late at night or at least coffee/Tea making facilities in the room

When we, my adult son and I, arrived we were not welcomed, the staff were miserable. My son went to his room, I went to mine and arrived to a cold room with the windows open -it had not been shut properly, dirty curtains and a very basic room -a Travelodge-type room - not what I had envisaged as it was billed as 4 star! I complained about the cold and was told to put the heat on! The "king size" bed was not - it was two matresses together!! In the night I slipped in between; one bed was harder than another and, as a result had a miserable night's sleep. In the morning the staff were miserable, unhelpful and unfriendly - again!! Poor hotel, poor service I feel cheated and overcharged!! I thought we were charged on credit card at booking! I was surprised to be charged on departure. I will check on this. This was not a pleasurable experience - I will give this site and hotel a wide birth in future! Three days before I stayed at a 4 star hotel in Heathrow, paid less - the difference in standard - considerable! ( chalk and cheese!)

People in the front was nice.

*Room - hair dryer was broken. - nothing in the mini bar. - security box was locked by unknown number, couldn't open. - noise can be heard even in the midnight. *Breakfast - Food range was poor. - Crowded, noisy, heard dishes broken twice. - Servants never take care of guests.
