Central location with easy access to nearby facilities. Car parking nearby and cheap car parking within ten minutes walking distance. Not good value for money. We changed rooms as the initial room in the attic was very small and poorly ventilated. |

Room was nice and it was nice be outside of the city. It was a little pricey considering its location but on the other hand you're outside of the city. I would pay the extra for the upgrade as the standard rooms face the street and I would image this would be rather noisy at night with cars driving by. |

A lovely old 4 storey house (no lift so beware), great location in a quiet street just 10 mins walk from the station and 10 mins from the main central square. Nice rooftop view (my room being on the top floor). Friendly family run business. Standard buffet breakfast, but nice enough.Clean and comfy room. Reasonable price. Minor gripes. No tea coffee facilities in room. No soap provided in the bathroom only shower gel. |

The proprietress was very efficient and very friendly. We really liked the ambiance of this hotel, with just the right amount of interaction with the proprietress and her family (who live on site). Although there was no mini bar in our room, there is one in reception which works on an honour system and the prices are very reasonable. What quibbles we had were relatively minor. While there is no lift, this was not a great inconvenience as the proprietress insisted on helping us with our luggage. The floorboards squeak, but perhaps that is only to be expected in a converted mansion. The breakfasts, while adequate, could offer a little more variety. |

first off all: the home atmosphere and the hostes's hospitalitysecond of all: the position: very close to the train station, but to the center of the city in the same time |

The obliging service from the proprieteress was well above and beyond the call of duty. She was absolutely superb. When our taxi failed to arrive, and we faced missing our train and connexction to Eurostar, she grabbed our bags, piled them and us into her own car, and rushed us to the station herself. We felt like part of her family. We have never experienced such friendliness from a hotel. Lighting in the bedroom was a little gloomy |

Excellent breakfast, comfortable beds, convenient location. There were no drawers or shelves in the bedroom, just hanging space. The hip-bath/shower was difficult to climb in and out of. |

Really comfortable beds, quiet, spacious, well-decorated room, lovely friendly and helpful owner, excellent continental breakfast. No extractor fan in v small bathroom, so mirror stayed steamed and towels stayed damp. Also, shower temperature fluctuated if someone in another room turned on their taps - which made for an exciting shower, and the door creaked - little things really, but the fan would be a huge improvement. There was a bit of noise from outside on the Saturday night, due to being next to a Hostel. |

The owner was very informative and helpful. Very close to everything. The room was small but comfortable and a good bang for your Euro! This includes a light but fulling breakfast. Brugge meant a lot to us for lots of reasons, one was we got to see a Canadian war cemetery which an uncle was laid to rest. We spend two days (full) there I suggest three days is best. |

The close location to the main Market Square. The converted mansion is a perfect fit to the location. The friendliness of the staff was a pleasant surprise. |
