Close to center of the center, the hotel is small and you get really very good service, they left us all required info to get in to the hotel despite that we arrived very late. Perhaps, it would be good that bathroom and wc is done in the different way, however due to style of building it was ok. |

It was close to the downtown area (the old city) The hotel was not an hotel it was a high price b & b, the toilet in the bathroom was not cleaned (we had to clean it) and there were a lot of mosquitoes. |

It was good value for the money and just a short walk to the center of the city as advertised. No lift and no air conditioning. |

There was nothing outstanding, it was functional. There were no tea/coffee facilities in the rooms, or anywhere to get tea/coffee. This really isn't a hotel, its a bed & breakfast. |

Breakfast Buffet was very good, the room was to the back was quiet and had a wonderful view over Brugge. The bed was comfortable, and the reception very welcoming. Parking was free and plenty. All was very good. |

Very nice and most helpful owner , beautiful bed linen, super bathroom, fantastic breakfast with a great atmosphere Ten minute walk to the center of town and no problem parking close to the hotel Having a heart problem I would like to have known there was no lift to service the 5 floors. The bed room allocated to us on the 5 floor was quickly changed though with no fuss. |

High stairs with no elevator, windows and doors not sealed (very noisy), bathroom/toilet doors nt close properly (no privacy). |

The location of the hotel was excellent, the staff friendly & informative helping us get the most out of our visit to Bruge. Suburb room very comfortable, with an excelent breakfast all included. |

We needed to leave early, so the woman (owner?) made breakfast an hour earlier than the usual time for us. It was all very nice - comfortable and lovely. It was a bit far from the train station, and the buses were expensive, so buy your ticket before you get on the bus for cheaper rates. It's about a 10 minute walk from the center of town - not bad at all. |

la gentillesse de l'accueil, les renseignements qui nous ont été donné pour visiter la ville et le p'tit déjeuner j'ai été un peu déçue de la chambre au regard des photos sur le site, la déco est un peu vieillotte |

het personeel was super vriendelijk, de kamers netjes ingericht en opgeruimd, sfeer was prima, redelijk dicht bij het centrum, gratis parkeren, goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. we hadden met vrienden 2 kamers gereserveerd, maar er was wel een groot verschil in de grootte van de kamers + alles was alleen bereikbaar per smalle trap. Daar moet je rekening mee houden. |

la tranquillité tout en étant relativement proche du centre ville et l'amabilité de l'hôtesse. Le petit déjeuner copieux et café à volonté !!En plus les animaux domestiques sont acceptés ce qui est rare |

von den mitarbeitern die aufmerksamkeit, freundlichkeit und hilfsbereitschaft.im hotel selber, das hotelzimmer im 1. stock, und der frühstücksraum. das frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und schmackhaft angerichtet. der raum ist schön ausgefüllt und wurde mit einer sehr schönen hintergrundmusik gestaltet. die parkmöglichkeit für das auto gegenüber dem hotel ist 24h kostenfrei. |
