Friendly and helpful welcome from staff. Breakfast was unfussy, but plenty of choice. They have reserved (locked) parking spaces behind a garage around the corner from the hotel. At 7 Euros per night, it's much cheaper than parking on the street. Be prepared to climb lots of stairs, as there is no lift! We were on the 2nd floor but could have been on the 3rd floor, and the ceilings are high!

The room was clean and large.Everything was there in the room:freeze, hairdryer, extra pillows. The staff is very friendly. Do not expect design, but if you want to have a good night sleep, at a good location, with all the facilities you need at a very nice price:this is the place to be! I have high standards:but this hotel managed to make it! Anneke from Amsterdam, The Netherlands The wallpaper is old-fashioned with kitsch paintings.

I liked my room. It was a single room with a TV and a shower, small but rather cosy. Everything was quite good, nothing to complain about.

Excellent location, within walking distance (10 minutes) of the Beurs, the Grand Place and both Central Station and Station Midi. Large and quiet room with good furnishings. Helpful personnel and everything you need for a good city-trip. Adequate breakfast in a pleasant breakfast room. Be aware that the shower stall is very small and very slippery. It's easy to slip in the shower and make a nasty fall (my wife did). Hold on getting in and out!

Staff ok, you can reach the main interest places by walking Not clean(found a laptop key in my bed which had very coarse sheets, bathroom was clean but had a lot of hairs like if someone had just cutted them), mosquitos in the room which was little and at the third floor without elevator, just spent one night there, it should cost less

This family-run hotel is nicely located near the trendy alternative area known as 't Zuid, including the Museum of Fine Arts and the Museum of Photography and lots of affordable cafés and restaurants. The hotel staff is very friendly, we just love Liliane and her very local Antwerp touch! The breakfast buffet is simple but good, our room (no. 3) had a good double bed, a flatscreen tv, a little balcony and an spacious and very clean bathroom with bathtub! We have already booked the same room for 3 nights in August!

Very friendly obliging proprietor - coffee and tea always available. A compact but sufficiently spacious, on-street hotel with private and street parking - near to bars and restaurants. Perfect for an overnight stay when travelling across Europe.

The location was very nice. It was only 15 minutes walk to the centre or you could take a tram. Parking of the car was good. Breakfast buffet was nice. The room which was non-smoking smelt of smoke.

Echt Antwerps, Autentiek, gemoedelijke sfeer, familiaal.
