The room has a very bad smell when we went in. Staff did not gave us lots info.
Friendly staff, good service and comfort.. very good location! ++ recommended to everyone ++
Good valve for money right in the centre! I just stayed there & went to the Christmas markets it's was close by & I really enjoyed my stay! I will be returning to the hotel same time next year!
I liked everything.....these guys are doing everything for you to have a nice stay in Brussels. The mayor should give them an award
Super staff, good location for local shops and cafes, easy access to transportation.
Smoke from outside got into my non-smoking room, so I had to close the window. Would have preferred to be able to leave the window open.
We loved the hotel. The location is perfect. Near to all main attractions, restaurants, pubs, shopping and supermarket. The tube and buses are 2 minutes walk and the stuff is great, espcially Ednan. There is an elevator to carry you with your bags. the rooms are clean, small and perfect for what you pay. Heat was great and so was the WI-FI.

50 euro for one night is a fair price. location
shower was realy old. Hair on the walls.
Stayed here whilst in Belgium watching football so was great location near all the large pubs etc 5 min walk back to hotel at the end of the night. Basic room with two beds that suited our needs. Staff are great and very helpful.
Shower was filthy, so we didn't use it and notied a few electrical sockets without fronts on!!
the bed and the ovearl cleaness
The side-room rumors of loving guests and the street sounds (high volume music and cars)
Friendly staff Good wifi Breakfast is ok
Noisy at night and hear voice from next door.
- location in the inner city - okay room for money
- they decided to repair water pipelines on Sunday lunchtime. We were out late and wanted to shower after getting up. There was NO water at all, we were not able to use the bathroom facility. After asking they said that normally all guest are out of the hotel at that time of the day and it would approximately take an hour to repair it. We gave up waiting after two hours. In the evening there was BROWN water, and in the morning when we wanted to check out, finally a plumber came to fix it in our bathroom. When we asked at the reception what we are supposed to do without water, they just suggested to wait til its working again...
pleasant people who are happy and make you feel comfortable.
Even the young men and the cleaning lady were behaving in much more polite way.
The old folk whom believed is the owner called and shouted at me rudely for my checkout delay for an hour & half. He added with nasty words during my immediate check out. In fact, I overlooked about the checked out time. Nevertheless, such bad manner wouldn't be neccessary as he could have reminded it in a nicer way. Or even an extra charges. Besides, the heater was turned off all time probably for the sake of eletricity saving. I certainly don't think this hotel had treated its guest nicely and provide due service as a hotelier (even you are merely the budget one). Hence I would totally not recommend it!
Room at the back ugly. Wifi was not good
Facilities Cleanliness Smell
Ok for low budget travellers
it was a bit noisy on friday and saturday due to the pubs nearby the bathroom should be renewed
Breakfast was OK
Shoddy room facilities, broken mirror, TV did not operate, peeling wallpaper, inadequate curtains, faulty shower.
Location was great
Wifi in my room wasn't good, had to go out in the hall at times for better reception, hotel was on an intersection of several streets and was pretty noisy so bring your ear plugs. One evening a met a fellow traveler and wanted him to stop by to compare notes on a tour to Luxembourg. The staff said you have a single room and weren't allowed to have any company. How outrageous, I paid for a room and I'm not allowed to have any company including friends over. Not acceptable, I told them they are aren't staying with me or spending the night! Please be aware no quests are allowed even for a few minutes!!!
dirty bathroom, shower not working, unfriendly reception staff, wifi so so slow
The location was perfect - only a short walk to all major tourist attractions including Grand Plaza and Mannequin Pis. Also not far from Gare du Midi station and bus to Charleroi Airport. Staff helpful and friendly.
WiFi was a bit touch and go. Faster connection would be beneficial.
Location Friendly always wmiling staff
A little noisy, thin walls
It was close to the center, the owner was extremely nice and welcoming.
The shower did not work properly, it was very uncomfortable as it was impossible to set the water to the right temp (it was either cold or very hot). When we asked about breakfast in the morning, we wanted to eat there, we were told it was too late as they need to order a night before. No one told us this when we were checking in.
