location, near of many restaurants, room is big
you need to ring to get in hotel, water is not heating right away-you need to wait a bit, they only provide 1 towel for twin room
Staffs were too rude! Room was ok, location was really good. Close to main station and touristic attractions but because of behaviour of staff I would not recommend this place.
Location very central
Noisy at night No air conditioning and had to leave windows open
excellent location friendly staff mirror on ceiling
Good location. Friendly staff.
Located near main street and Grand Place
Room was very warm, quite small. One member of staff very unpleasant, rest were very nice
breakfast. I asked to change room and they insisted to persuade me that the one where I was supposed to be was better
I got breakfast included
A bidet that leaked water over the bathroom floor - health and safety issue. The shower tiling grout was black. It wouldn't take much to bleach it or remove and apply new grout. Room needs freshening up
Location perfect near every thing Staff friendly abd helpful Sure I will back again
Location and proximity to city centre.
Be very careful near bus stop and rail stations the place is very dodgy with pick pockets who are very aggressive- I got my pocket picked near the bus stop and I chased the scum to get it! The city is nice loads of food and people are very hospitable and friendly though.
Free Wifi, very friendly staff, excellent location
Very dirty and woul need a renovation...not worth the price
The room does not have any kind of a/c or fan for the clients. I was adviced to open the window when for something like this. They told me that it is 2 star hotel and shouldn't have expected anything more than that. The plug on the wall was destroyed and it was exposed uncovered with a big possibility to cause electric shock. In order to enter the middle door that was locked I had to go to the reception desk and state who I am. It gave me a really bad impression even thought I was holding the key to the room. They don't provide a key for the middle door and the reception does not have visibility to the door. If you plan to go there don't worry if you forget that this is 2 star hotel. They are going to remind it to you.
Okayish, location great
Old, run down
The staff were very helpful and approachable. We had quite the laugh with them. They were warm and genuine...we didn't feel the usual customer-proprietor divide.
The water pressure on the bathroom tap was almost just a trickle. But we could've complained and it could have been rectified but it was a minor irritation really.
The smell of the room, the shower water did not heat
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
When comming at supposed check-in time, the reception guy told us to come 1 hour later. After waiting for 1 hour, the other reception guy once again told us the room wasn´t still ready and we shuld wait for another hour. So we waited 2 hours with our bags. We also didn`t like really very poor breakfast. It`s more like hostel than a hotel in every way.
Staff are very helpful and nice.Location is good.
Sometimes the wifi is not good.
willing staff ! all pleasant and very capable people, no problem with language, we speak only English.... very good breakfast each morning, Thanks! fairly easy to walk to Grand Place........
no available room fan for air circulation. street noise / music from corner bar loud into the early morning hours !
We have travelled to many cities of different countries and never ever before we have stayed in such unfriendly and unsafe hotel. The hotel staff were rude. Breakfast was bad. And there were violent knocks on the door at 2am in the last night of our stay (we were too scared to open the door). The complete experience was extremely unpleasant and we will "strongly discourage" anyone from staying there.
Small friendly hotel where the staff are always helpful and its located close to the metro for quick access to the European qtr of Brussels.
I continue to rate the location, great for the city centre and access by metro to the EU quarter. Not far from Eurostar either.
Very little, would like the BBC World channel to work on the TV.
Quality of wifi is not good. The air condition did not work during them time we stay here althought there weather at this time is still cold.
