Central location, nice price, good breakfast

No reception staff on premises, but very helpful over the phone

Stereotypical Belgian hotel. It was clean and characterful

Expensive. No obvious reception. Unmanned in the evening. Breakfast was served too late in the morning 08.00, (not good if you are on a business trip) No door on the toilet. By design.

This was close to the Spa and had a wonderful restaurant right downstairs. Very nice breakfast too. Lovely little place.

I didn't appreciate bread at breakfast , just point of vue.

Accurate advises from the owner regarding our visit to the Thermal station and future visits in Spa.

The rooms are a little obscur, not enough lightening.

Breakfast was not till 8am and we had to leave by 7am so we had nothing to eat or drink in the morning you need coffe makeing machine or a kettle also it was not clear that we had to collect keys from the shop next door

Hotel was without reception - we gained entrance by opening the door with a keypad. Keys left on a shelf. Decor filthy and very 'tired'. Carpets appalling - stained and stinking toilet smells. Beds and linen worn out and dirty. Breakfast was very poor - just basics - stale bread and frozen croissants. Quite simply a cynical rip off.... .

Excellent location, basic facilities but clean and and perfectly adequate.

Lack of tea & coffee making facilities

Not our best hotel of our holiday travels. The room was small and looked very tired. The decorations, bedding and furnishings were poor and parts of the room were not clean. When we went for breakfast at the specified start time we had to wait 15 minutes for the bread to arrive at the buffet table.

Central location, ease of parking

Consistent music and street noise from local night clubs Friday and Saturday night. Toiletries not refreshed during stay.

The location of hotel is suitable area in Spa.

Vriendelijke eigenaren, prima kamer, een uitstekend ontbijt. rustige ligging vriendelijke ontvangst en verblijf . Ideaal voor een bezoek aan het circuit van Spa-Francorchamps en Thermen van Spa. Ideale locatie voor wandelaars .

Super Lage mitten in Spa.

Bei einem Rennwochenende in Francorchamps steigt der Preis immens an. Fernseher nur ein Kanal, da nicht bedienbar. Einfaches Frühstueck.

l'hotel est tres bien situé en plein centre ville et a 2min des termes de spa , tres propre, le petit déjeuner est copieux , les patrons sont des gens tres simpatiques et a l'écoute de vos attentes ,tres bon rapport qualité prix

le radiateur ne chauffait pas bien on a eu froid pendant la nuit ensuite le robinet de la salle de bain n’était pas bien vissez et une ampoule qui était cassée

Situation idéale et petit-déjeuner copieux et délicieux

De ontvangst was prettig. De kamers, wij hadden er 2, waren erg goed, voorzien van alles wat wij nodig hadden, zelfs een zitbad. Er is tv, alles is netjes en er wordt rekening gehouden met je privacy. Het ontbijt was erg goed verzorgd, het personeel bijzonder aardig.

De afstandsbediening van de tv werkte niet goed, maar dat kan ook aan ons hebben gelegen. Informatie over Wifi zou in de kamer moeten liggen.
