Location at the heart of the city The hotel should be rated as a 3 star hotel. Also, a renovation would be usefull. When checking out, is was said that it was impossible to pay cash because the charges for the room were already paid by my credit card when I booked the room. However, as it is clearly stated in the booking conditions, all payment is done during my stay at the hotel and the credit card no is given only in order to guarantee the payment and I was not informed by the site or the hotel for the contrary. |

Welcoming staff; traditional hotel; walking distance from Liège Palais railway station. Easy access to old town and to modern shopping area. Probably sits between 3 and 4 stars realistically; breakfast is however a 4 star price as is internet access (WiFi) at the hotel. |

Clean, comfortable, very central location, good value for money Got two single beds instead of one double bed (which was stated in the reservation), which was a bit annoying. |

The fairly central location The staff was not very eager to reduce quay at the reception. We were given a shabby room with NO SMOKING sign but inside it smelled cigarettes heavily. Changed the room with another one facing the main street but it was extremely noisy and smelled dogs. |

The location of the hotel was very good (10 minute walk to the center). The room was clean. If you get a good price, go for it. The hotel seems more like a 3 star and not 4 star hotel. The decor is a bit worn and the view from our room was the multilevel parking lot. We slept with the window open and when there was noise in the parking, the echo was waking us up. |

convenient.... Bathroom badly maintained... shower head falling apart... plug in bath broken.. and non functioning..water didn't stay in bath, then wouldn't empty properly. Small bed for a double... had to change room because room advertised as having two doubles meaning two singles...... acceptable but nothing special. |

The room is really huge. The amenities they provide are really great. Fresh towels, coffee, tea, kettle, shower gels, etc. Love it. Around 5-8mins walk to the city center but it's fine. The view was not fantastic but it's okay. The layout is really old but nothing compensates the comfort of the stay. |
