La ubicacion del hotel es buena en cuanto a distancia del centro andando, tiene un ambiente muy familiar y la decoracion del hall es muy bonita. El trato es muy bueno. La relacion calidad precio es excelente.

La decoracion de la habitacion es un tanto vieja y escasa, no pusieron ningun detalle de bienvenida y el desayuno tambien es bastante escaso. La television solo coge programacion nacional asi que te pegas la estancia escuchando frances. Por la noche la zona es un poco lugubre.

Buen servicio en general, sencillo pero completo. Buena relación calidad-precio.

Ubicación (hay que caminar un poco hasta el metro más cercano, así como al centro de la ciudad).

practicamente todo,ni la limpieza, ni el olor,ni las instalaciones, ni la poca amabilidad del propietario.

El personal muy amable, el hotel silencioso, buen desayuno.

La limpieza, había polvo de varias semanas en la habitación.

The location is good close to the tram station "Janson", after taking the tram you arrive to "Louise" metro where you can transfer the metro line of Brussels. Also by tram you can go to Gare du Midi ( for international travellers, like Germany) Many options for eating like pizza or take away Chienese and also 10 mins walk a durum place. Breakfast was good when u consider it is included in the price! Nice area and cheap option. If you are a young couple or single traveller or family who is looking for cheap alternatives this is a good choice.

I could hear the man snoring next room but luckily he stopped :) but that's fine, earplugs would do the job if u are very disturbed

The hotel manager was rather grumpy.

Very clean, comfortable, well maintained. Great breakfast, plenty variety.

Manager lent me an umbrella. Little cafe/bar just nearby.Good location.Woke up each morning to small of fresh bread.

Shabby carpet and poky single room. I thought I paid the same price for the single as I would have for a double.

The location is very quiet, down a sidestreet, so no annoying street noise during night.

The hotel has got free WiFi, but I never looked it up in the room. I was a little surprised when I asked for the password at breakfast. The answer I hgot was, "It in the book in your room". Why not just tell me so I could log on. I was checking out and just wanted to find some information during breakfast. My recommendation is to answer customers when they ask for information they need.

The location is very good. It is very clean and the breakfast is very good.
