Buen servicio en general, sencillo pero completo. Buena relación calidad-precio.

Ubicación (hay que caminar un poco hasta el metro más cercano, así como al centro de la ciudad).

Probably only the one thing I liked about the hotel was that the breakfast was ok.

As you walked into reception there was a musty damp smell. This was also present in the bathroom. The room was very dark and dingy and I thought that the staff could not have been more unhelpful if they tried. Can't understand why the reviews of this hotel were so good.

Nice and comfortable

The location is very quiet, down a sidestreet, so no annoying street noise during night.

The hotel has got free WiFi, but I never looked it up in the room. I was a little surprised when I asked for the password at breakfast. The answer I hgot was, "It in the book in your room". Why not just tell me so I could log on. I was checking out and just wanted to find some information during breakfast. My recommendation is to answer customers when they ask for information they need.

The location is very good. It is very clean and the breakfast is very good.

The location was good; close to the tram station and with several shops to buy groceries. The wifi was fast and good. We didn't have noises at night. The breakfast was good and included in the price. You pay for what you get.

The toilet was not very clean and had a broken tile in which we could see a big whole and some bugs. The beds were not very comfortable, specially the pillows. It needs a renovation, but for the price we paid, it was ok.

The lobby and breakfast room are quite spectacular with a 5* feeling. Breakfast is varied, and there is something there for every taste. The internet connection is flimsy at times, but overall the signal strength is really good. Payment can be made via a range of different credit cards without surcharge.

The rooms are quite small and corwded, the was very soft and somewhat dented. Overall the rooms could use some renovation.

Lovely place and lovely hotel,,

Well located near St. Gilles /Avenue Louise, but enough out of the way to be a much lower price. Room was spacious, nice bed, pretty good breakfast included in price (I've paid €20 or more for similar elsewhere). Wifi in room. Receptionist loaned me an adapter for my UK/Irish plug on my phone charger. large shower cubicle.

No bars/restaurants in hotel or nearby: but good choice maybe 10 minutes walk away.

Относительно недорогой (первая страница результатов поиска, отсортированных по цене) отель, расположенный в неплохо доступном для транспорта месте, на тихой улице. Недалеко от гостиницы трамвайные остановки, в пешей доступности станция метро, магазины, кафе, торговая авеню Луиз. Сравнительно недалеко от центра города: идти достаточно долго, но хотя бы один раз это сделать стоит, тем более что весь путь от гостиницы до центра лежит под гору. В номере есть все необходимое, но не более того. Завтрак традиционный, нельзя сказать, что плохой. Если интернет поймается (из трех точек, расположенных, по всей видимости, между этажами, работала одна), он будет хорошим.

В первую очередь очень сильно удивило отсутствие нормального одеяла и крошечная плоская подушка. Вместо одеяла - что-то типа простыни и плед, укрываться таким бутербродом неудобно. Непонятен принцип работы батареи - выворачиваешь кран на максимум, она нагревается, а потом снова остывает. В номере все старое. Окно с полупрозрачным стеклом, свет проникает, но ничего не видно. Вечером/ночью негде "официально" набрать воду, например, чтобы приготовить чай. Можно обратиться к хозяевам, они согреют чайник или разрешат воспользоваться кофе-машиной (если она будет включена для рано уезжающих гостей), но мне показалось, что просьбы такого рода выполняются не очень охотно. Отношение хозяев достаточно сдержанное, как будто они от всего уже устали. :) Хотя, может быть, они просто устали от русских, которые наверняка в этот крайне недорогой и русскоязычный отель едут вовсю. Несмотря на то что в целом все было не так и плохо (мне кажется, чтобы в Европе было совсем плохо, это нужно специально постараться), я все-таки немного пожалел, что решил в эту поездку сэкономить.

Qualche? Stanza singola stretta e sneza confort:Scarico del bagno rotto con fastidio per tutta la notta.Odore di muffa nell'ascensore.Sveglia impossibile prima delle 7,15 e peraltro non funzionante. Colazione insignificante e scarsa.
