stylish hotel with nice decoration. Soft and specious bed. Fair breakfast.
a bit difficult to find car parking near hotel. too dark in the room.
Friendly, excellent facilities & good location - what more could you want from a small hotel with local character
Very friendly and helpful. Good facilities and clean and tidy.
The view. The breakfast. The room. The bathroom. The wifi. Everything was just perfect!
The staff at the reception was extremely nice and helpful. My room was spacious, although located in the basement. Very comfortable bed. I did not try breakfast since I had to leave early.
The bathroom was extremely small and could have been cleaner. In some parts (i.e.lamps beside the bed) the furniture appears a bit run down.
Nice big clean room. Good Wifi. Good breakfast. Very kind reception (we were offered free coffee/ tea afrer checkout).
There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The breakfast is good, but the choice is not very broad (e.g. no mussli).
Clean, cosy, nice breakfast, helpful and polite staff.A good value for money hotel.
A bit far from the city center (20`-25` on foot).Sometimes noisy in the night when someone was using the wooden stairs.
Comfortable bed. Close proximity to the tram yet a bit far from Brussels old town.
One hotel staff member entered my room (while I was inside) to check something in the bathroom. My initial request for a room in a high floor was not granted (ended up in the first floor). Pretty basic breakfast.
Beautiful room and very sweet helpful and friendly staff! I will come again :)
Very nice comfortable small hotel. I travel often to Brussels and would certainly stay there again.
Location is a bit off the beaten track. Convenient for my meeting but not very close to central Brussels. Maybe the rain and disruption to transport didn't help.
Our room had splendid views to a garden and a little of Brussels. It isn't near the center, but there is a tramway one minute away which will get you there in five minutes (or, a very recommendable trip, to the Foret des Soignes). The room is very clean, bed big and comfortable, new tv, the breakfast nice, personnel too.
Nothing to dislike, maybe the location a little.
this BB should be ranked higher
I was positively surprised to find nice design hotel that many travelers probably cannot appreciate but for me it was marvellous.
The price was perfect. The location was very good for our final destination ( we went to the Jack White concert in Vorst National, which was walking distance) The girl at the reception help us exceptionally well. The overall impression of this hotel deserves to be be noted. The breakfast was also very good and well organised ( no empty baskets). Also important to be mentioned is that the fact that there is no hotel parking lot isn't really a problem, because there is ample room to be found close to the hotel. You park and deposit a small fee for a few hours.
breakfast including price, shower pressure very good, cleanliness, quiet street, near tram-stop, good staffs
poor amenities (only hangers, towels, toilet papers, shampoo and soap, a glass, hair-dryer). No frigo in room. You must prepare tissue-papers, memo items, tea set and kettle.
Good breakfast and nice location
They gave me a room on the ground floor which was small and not so clean..also I didn't like that pets were allowed in the hotel..It's not a good view to see a dog getting out of the lift...
location, facilities, and wifi
bed was comfortable, room very clean; staff very nice and helpful, even delivered my suitcase to the door after the airline misplaced it, at 9 in the evening; location really okay, near a metro stop which is 3 stations away from the European Parliament; breakfast tasty and enjoyable; bathroom wonderful and clean; wi-fi excellent, which really helps out if you're traveling for work.
room had insufficient light, but if you're spending little time in it, it doesn't matter that much; no way to make tea/coffee in the room (i had a cold, so I could've used hot water for tea and cold medicine); TV had only channels in French and dutch, and few in English;
No fire escape map in the room . Sparse furniture and no tea and coffee available in the room.
Seems like the hotel must have recently been remodeled - things looked very new. Great staff and great breakfast. And the hotel had a lift! Reasonable price for 3 of us.
At first we were a little surprised at the location - down a side street in a fairly residential type area. But it was very convenient to the tram which we took into Brussels and also to the train station for like 1 or 2 euros. Close to a couple of small grocery type stores as well which was helpful.
Nice room clean nice bathroom and clean nice breakfast
Thank you for a great experience!
The breakfast and breakfast room Nicely refurbished rooms .
No tea making facility in room.
