The location is very centre of the town but quiet at the same time. The room is small and poorly equipped. "bathroom and toilet" is just a basin in the room. The dinning room is nice but breakfast is only bread and egg. |

Location is excellent, right in the centre of Brugge. Clean tidy. Good bathroom facilities. TV with Cable & the BBC, although the maid is likely to switch this over to funky Belgian soap operas whilst cleaning. Breakfast was included in room price but we missed it 3 mornings running due to the effects of Belgian Beer. Great little hotel, would happily have stayed longer. It has 3 or 4 floors with no lift and the stairs spiral and are quite steep. Put some shorts and t-shirt on, get warmed up and get some mucles before carrying your girlfriends suitcases up the stairs. The staff probably would have helped but i was trying to be Superman. |

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is steps away from Simon Stevin square (where the Christmas market stalls were located) and close to good restaurants and pubs. There was no lift in the hotel, so make sure you pack light and don't have difficulties climbing stairs. Also, there were no phones in the rooms, which wasn't a big deal for us but may be useful to know. |

Small hotel in an old house in the heart of Brugge, which is its main bonus and main problem: rooms are strange, "singles" are small, "doubles" rent big, but have spacious bath rooms... Good hotel if you just want to spend night. Great one if you're lucky to get room #15 or something similar. Come on, it was fun! |

Excellent location, the parking in front of hotel is free overnight (from 19 to 9), good breakfast. The stairs are very steep and no elevator, so if you have heavy luggage this hotel is not for you. |

we liked breakfast very much, the breakfast room was nice and there was plenty to eat. We were assigned a double room with the toilet and shower in a wardrobe! Also the room was quite small, even though we had booked a "big" one. When we asked if that was correct, they told us there had been a mistake and, eventually, they let us chose a new room with proper facilities on the following morning and they charged us a "small" room for the first night. |

Always very pleasant and welcoming staff, close to centre of town, but reasonably priced. It doesn't have all of the luxuries of some hotels, but then I don't want those - this hotel has all that I need for my stay. |

It was close to the city centre so easy to access all the amenities and sights of Brugge. The breakfast was substantial and served in a clean dining room. We did not like the way the shower and toilet were built into the room. Also rather unfortunately I left my phone in the bedroom on leaving. We rang a couple of times to check on our onward journey to Spain but were told it was not there/had not been found. |

Very cosy dining room and its atmosphere. Extremely good location. The personal try its better and succeed many times I don't like at all the ideea of the "continental breakfast". I don't like dead mosquitos on the walls . The bed wasn't very good. |

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was great (simple though, consisting of breads and a boiled egg) and served as opposed to buffet style. The rooms were really clean, although small. Our room overlooked the street and gave us a great view. It was also only a 15 minute walk from the train station. It was within walking distance to all sights as well. There is no ac, so we had to leave the windows open at night. Subsequently, we were both attacked by mosquitoes. Our bodies ended up covered in mosquito bites. |

The Central location JUst about everything. Long staircase to carry our bags. No air conditioning - not even a fan. When we left a window open to cool the room down, since there were no screens, the room filled with mosquitoes. |
