The hotel is very well situated, good size room and very charming owners. No door on the bathroom! You need to be on very good terms with your travelling companion for this one. Some rooms back onto a nightclub so be prepared for thumping bass notes til 4am. If arriving by car it's difficult to get close to the hotel. |

Excellent location in the very center of Antwerpen, very clean, friendly staff There was a sound of heating in my room (11) throughout the night - so that I woke up and could not get back to sleep. In the morning I learned that it was heating, but I think that probably the next night I would not notice this anymore. I stayed just one night - and could not check it. |

The location is perfect, 30 feet from the cathedral wall, and the rooms, while small, have a certain charm that includes leaded and stained glass windows. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were nice enough and price was nice. Right smack in the middle of the Grote Markt adjacent to the cathedral. They have a plan where you park at the Groenplaats and then give them the ticket and give you back a card for 10 euros a day. |

Centrally located, great for access to all the sites, bars and restaurants. Ding, dong, ding, dong! Beware the Sunday morning bells (or Saturday for that matter...), they're pretty persistent, loud and definitely not something you'd welcome to wake you up... |

Perfectly located. Surprisingly not as noisy as we had heard (nightlife in the centre). Slept well - but you mustn't be bothered by church bells on Sunday morning. Friendly and hospitable personnel. Very comfortable bed. Modern bathroom. Modern service (cups/plates etc) at breakfast. Shelves at a lower level for clothes - too high up. No elevator. |

The hotel was very central, close to bars, sights, shopping etc, the staff were friendly and helpful. The single beds were very narrow, I'm not fat but was afraid of falling out if I turned over in my sleep. The hotel is beside the cathedral and the bells seemed to be ringing constantly. |

Staff are helpful, room was clean, enough towles. I was handed wrong key for my room at 3:00am in the morning and have to wake up my friend for helping me. (I couldn't open the door and staff couldn't help me due to shortage of staff) |

We liked the proximity to the cathedral and the area in old town Antwerp. We also found the breakfast quite adequate and the staff helpful. The beds were large and comfortable. One night a neaby jazz/rock club's very loud music til 5 AM kept us awake. It was impossible to open a window without the curtain falling down. The bathroom was brand new but had NO door for privacy. There was no air conditioning so the hotel might be very warm in summer. |

The breakfast was lovely, not cooked - but a well presented continental buffet. Eggs were available if desired. Particularly liked the Easter decorations. The hotel was very very clean and the staff really helpful. No bathroom door - so no privacy. The bathroom door was not broken simply the space saving design. However, I must add there was a beautiful single toilet outside the room. This was spotlessly clean and fresh smelling. |

Very good central location in the heart of the old city of Antwerp Our first room was single glazed and too noisy as a result but the hotel moved us after the first night to a much quieter room which was double glazed |
