The staff are so helpful, anything you need they will try to help out. It's in the central area for Ostend and is perfect for the beach in summer which is at the end of the street. I stayed with friends last new year and had a fantastic time, this time was just as good.

The biggest selling point is the excellent staff. Service was faultless and reception were knowledgable and helpful re directions and advice. The breakfasts were really good and we will certainly stay at the hotel again whenever we are staying in the area.

The hotel has recently undergone some refurbishment which has certainly made it more comfortable. I use this hotel fairly often because I like where its positioned, also the staff are very eager to please. Nothing really. I suppose having a tea making facility or fridge in the room would be an improvement.

excellent location - close to beach and center of the city, dining and shopping sites; very helpfull and friendly management and staff; I was not asked at hotel if we had any issues therefore I make it here - even 3-star hotel could change bed clothes more often, during our 9 nights stay they chnaged it only once - last day before our departure.

The staff were friendly, the hotel room was sound proof clean and very warm and cosy. Breakfast was lovely and I was allowed to take mine to my room. Staff rang us a taxi when we needed one and nothing was too much trouble! Bathroom and toilet was seperate which is great when two girls are sharing! And free wi-fi! The lift is too small!

Great quality/price. Spacious room, very tranquile, spacious bathroom and isloated toilet. Breakfast has a good variety of bread and cereals. Wireless internet free. Very happy overal for the price paid. Matress is not very confortable.

Room was clean but fairly small. Space was adequate though. We had a balcony overlooking the street which would be a good feature in the summer. Breakfast was of good quality, varied and plentiful Night Porter was surly when it came to parking our car in the hotel's spaces. Sliding door to bathroom was a bit strange as was the bath side screen which was difficult to extend.

The princess hotel is in a good location close to shops restaurants and also close to the beach. The reception staff were helpful and friendly the hotel is very clean and comfortable and breakfast room was ok too. Tea / coffee making in rooms would be a nice little extra and a vending machine selling water / drinks would be nice .

The hotel was nice, clean, staff friendly with a good breakfast We were not warned of the extensive building worl taking place close to the hotel. This started at 6.00am and went on until 9.00pm. The sound totally drowned the room and made even listening to the television impossible, The sea view consisted of a 200 foot crane. We shouls have been informed. We asked to move room but all rooms were taken. It ruined our stay and trip.

I thought the hotel was excellent and great value. We were made very welcome and the location of the hotel was just what we wanted. I would not say that it is a complaint but there is only tea and coffee available at breakfast.

Within walking distance of ostend centre, smoking rooms, decent cooked breakfast. Parking a bit of a nightmare !! Very stuffy room, extractor fans in bathroom and toilet not working, a lot of construction going on around the Hotel.

The staff at this family owned hotel were very service oriented and friendly to our whole family. Nice breakfast selection. Rooms were spacious. The children's play room off the lobby was original and appreciated. The hotel was quite booked by a tour group so we were upgraded to a larger room. The location was also very central to shops, restaurants, and the Sea. Very nice visit.
