The staff were lovely but nothing else. No free tea and coffee facilities, (they had the facilities at a cost and younhad to order it at reception), no free wireless, very old and dark rooms. Overall outdated and not worth the cost

Came by car to hotel. Road works next to hotel so unable to excess hotel for parking. Street roads around hotel only one direction. Rang hotel for another route. They sent me wrong twice?? In the end had to drive back to hotel next to road works go into hotel and get a hand map. This cost us extra 11/2 hours. We told the hotel that the road works causing excess problem should of been on their website. Room was clean and staff friendly. Had Breakfast in the room, took x1 hour to arrive. Breakfast wasn't the best. For a 4 star I was expecting more.

The hotel entrance court is lovely and the building has been very well redesigned. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The bathroom, and particularly the shower, is far better than in many hotels. The location is ideal. Near to the city centre, yet quiet. The service and staff are pleasent and efficient. The price is very reasonable for a hotel of this high quality in such a good location. Both I and my friends were very impressed.

Great location with the old city centre, shopping and public transport (all the buses) within short walking distance. Very(!) helpful reception staff! Decent breakfast, simple but comfy room. Very quick check-in/check-out. Needed only one night and it was perfect.

I liked the location/the staff at the front desk/courtyard and the lobby ..especially the staff at the reception were verry friendly . - no minibar(at least to put bootle of water) /no safe box /no shoehine sponge in the rooms,although the rooms are quite big we felt like staying at a hospital room with a few pictures and/or posters and empty wardrobes ..the towels were old and looked dirty ..the hotel charge daily for the safe box behind the in the reception which is usually free to customers... I totally regret that we have chosen this hotel

Vol lof. Rustige ligging, zeer smaakvol ingericht. Allerhartelijkst personeel, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Goed ontbijt. Hotel goede uitvalsbasis bezoek stad.

We hadden een mooie ingerichte kamer van Chris Mestdagh. Prachtig! Supervriendelijk personeel, propere kamer, verzorgd ontbijt, lekkere eitjes, dichtbij 't centrum, een echte aanrader!

De kamer was lekker warm bij het betreden.Het was er rustig,schoon,prettige omgevin.Wat meer voor oudere bestemd. De parkeergarage was smal,moeilijk te benaderen en moeilijk eruit te komen, maar de vriendelijke receptioniste gaf aanwijzingen bij verlaten.

steeds zeer hartelijke ontvangst door de receptionistes. Lekker ontbijt. De ligging is ideaal, zeer rustig, maar toch midden in de stad. Alles op loopafstand te bereiken.

Ruime kamer, maar enorm oud en lelijk interieur. Interieur, en volledig gebrek aan decoratie in het hotel. Slechte kamerbewegwijzering. Oersaai en goedkoop interieur. Te weinig dekens waardoor ik het koud had tijdens de nacht. Verwarming slaat automatisch aan en maakt veel herrie. Prijs kwaliteit is niet in verhouding voor dit hotel. Veel te duur.
