Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was well situated for the town centre. The room was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.This hotel is amazing value for money, we would definitely stay here again. |

The hotel is clean and modern in an excellent location for the town centre. The receptionist was very friendly and the place had a really relaxed air. The breakfast buffet was spot on after an evening trying out the local beers. |

the hotel was ok but the breakfast was very poor the eggs ,bacon and sausage were cold and the container that they were in was cold as well.and the shower in our room was broken -would not stay at this hotel again. |

The hotel has been clean and cosy, the rooms are designed nicely. The hotel is in several small, linked, typical Brugge houses, which makes it very special. It is easy to find coming from the railway station (just through the park), and close to the center and in-between some of the most beautiful sites. Room and bathroom was nice, bed confortable. Breakfast nothing special but nothing missing/bad neither. The price I found rather at the upper limit, as generally for Brugge hotels. All in all it was a good experience and I would go there again. The restaurant that belongs to the hotel wasn't so great for its price, I think, but I mean you don't need to eat there, there is a lot around (although also there, quality differs a lot). |

Very modern room which had been well designed. Hotel was on a quiet street. Excellent bath! Strange bed linen arrangement - two single duvets on a double bed - why??? Overall though I was very satisfied |

the rooms are modern, clean, spacious and the hotel is in a lovely location, only a few minutes walk to the main square. the staff couldnt have been nicer. they were helpful in every way, even looked up train times for us to help with our journey. breakfast was a buffet and the selection was fantasic. im a veggie and there was more than enough for me to fill my plate. the only compliant i had about the hotel was the fact that we had a door in our bedroom linked to the room next door. it was so thin that we spent the night listening to our neighbour snoring as if he was only a few feet away. if going back to this hotel i'd request a room with no door between rooms. |

Stayed at this Hotel about 15 years ago Still very good, Petra, the main Receptionist very welcoming, informative and efficient. Room excellent & clean with balcony overlooking roofs & quiet. Bathroom very modern & stylish. Easy walk from Railway Station, central position. |

Excellent reception. Helpful staff. Given choice of rooms. Ours had own terrace area. Very convenient for station & transport links. Easy walk into centre. Nice decor. Good location. Good choice at buffet breakfast. Lack of cups on display at breakfast but it was a busy bank holiday that day. |

Excellent center town location, our room was in the back building (through an alley) which was quiet. Attached to an excellent restaurant, though it is pricey. Room is small but very clean, with a small patio. The room was very hot that day, not sure if this is unusual because of time of year (late may). |

The open fire in the bar was particularly welcome after a day out in the rain! Unfortunately our room smelled strongly of cigeratte smoke, and this rather spoilt our stay. We will however return as we were also there twelve years ago. |
