Good breakfast in nice breakfast garden room, nice snack and water in room. Close to metro line. Noisy (in spite of double glazing), only French language TV stations. Though one of the cheaper options available on this date, 150 E/n is a lot for the hotel, given quality and location.

Only thing in its favour was the shuttle bus which took us to the centre and picked us up. Not in a very nice area. Rooms quite shabby and need modernising.

Only my car could park in hotel premises. Hotel cleanness was not good. Lights in corridor was not enough. Find hotel staff a bit rude.

It was the cheapest hotel during a "Congress Week".... Apparently, everyone should know that hotel prices in Brussels go through the roof when dignitaries are in town. Who knew? 3 star is a bit of a push. Whilst the desk staff were very friendly, there were other "staff" milling about and that generally made me feel uncomfortable. The room was exceptionally basic and the corridors were literally scary - lights came on as you approached which meant, with no windows, it was v v dark. The area in which the hotel is located is *not* desirable.

In all honestly, nothing! Breakfast was ok. The place was poorly maintained, in a bad neighborhood and way over-priced. The ceiling leaked, the telephone didn't work, there were plaster patches on the walls, the curtains were damaged and didn't block out the street lights, the bar across the street was noisy until 3 AM, the TV was only local stations.

Absolutly nothing at all - staff were very rude and call name infront of other guest; they do not know nothing about customer service 0/100 -- service were very poor poor; this place it is what we call holiday nightmare. My partner and I will not abvise nobody to go or even consider this hotel; because the room are durty - breakfast that they suggest as buffet is not as they will tell us with rudeness that you eat too much and will not let u had a convenable bkf. When they are wrong on a particular issue, they nerver admite or even apologize and will not refund your money. This is a hell hotel that we done not recommend to nobody to go and stay; if your life is worth to live. Ps; they will take a copy of your id and payment card - and you will ask why at your suprise; they will reply u rudly and very agressively as if evry country was doing that.

The areas to have a drink or breakfast are nice. Constantly problems with the wifi connection, and the fact that you have to pay EUR 9,00 (unlimited time).

The location is close (but not very close) to the Grand Place. The room is by no means value for the money. I get an extremely small room with small bath room. The facility is outdated and needs a significant improvement. I will never go back again to this hotel.

Not far from Gare du Midi and metro line. Whatever the reviews say about safety, I didn't feel unsafe at the area, also in the late evening. Simple, basic, ok hotel where you have to ask for the tv remote from the reception : ) Friendly staff. Check-in took 20 minutes, water-leakage in bathroom (but it was fixed during my stay), paid WiFi, true, the price is reasonable (eur 9 for the duration of your stay, no matter how long it is).

Practically speaking nothing. Staff is worlds away from being helpful. You complain about a non working telephone and you stay for two nights and not repaired and you have to try to phone the reception to see how the telephone is banged before you finish what you are saying. You are treated as if you are a thief who will run away without paying. Car park price is different from what was stated when booked. You ring the door to get out of the garage and expect somebody to give you a fist on your face. People will run after you before you put your luggage in the car thinking that run away with the keys. The building and the decoration leaves much to be desired. You feel so sorry that the water in the toilet is running 24/7 yiu do not need to flush. Lighting is so poor. There is more but I will stop here.

Breakfast is inclusive of the price which can be quite rare in Brussels. The staff are friendly and helpful. Very basic for the price, very poor value.
