It was excellent value and walking distance from the Eurostar station. It was fairly central. It has a pleasant bar/restaurent and nice breakfast room. The room had a bath rather than just a shower. Staff were helpful. The windows do not have double glazing and the rooms facing on to the street get a lot of street noise until very late. The net curtains in the bedroom were dirty. |

It was good value for money. Shuttle service into the city centre was a plus. It was very noisy, you could hear conversations in the next room and people coming and going from their rooms made a lot of noise when opening and closing their doors. |

One of the staff - I think his name was Serif, was really helpful & the hotel is within a walking distance from the midi Station. Cont. from below: The "molotow" should hot have been taken so lightly! Another room shared our terrace but the receptionist did not want to ask its guests about it. We have photos but unfortunately there is no room here to attach them. |

The price is very good and the room is ok for the price. The breakfast was excellent for this price. It is close to the main train station It is kind of old and they still use the key to get in. It is very difficult to open and pull out the key |

Close to the metro station, clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast. WiFi as not available, at the reception I was warned that WiFi is not available and they didn't accept my payment for it, which was very nice of them. The man in the breakfast room tried to boss everyone around trying to insist on the use of trays. |

"Nothing" This is by far the worst hotel that I have ever had the dis- pleasure of staying in? Everthing,no toilet paper,NO plug for the sink,Two cushions not pillows on the bed,Only two curtains for the window where Four was required,thus leaving a gap at each end or one very large one in the middle,Beading missing from the window sashes,glass could have fallen out if opened,Dirty carperts,faulty lights,TV was "blocked" no remote control,amount of noise from the two bar's opposite went on... |

Please write at least 15 words Small point: the flashing neon sign on the street front of the hotel causes a noise every time it flashes which can be heard in the front 1st floor rooms and which slightly delayed my getting to sleep. It should be turned off after 23.00. |

Business I just want to say that the condition of hotel was very poor. room was dirty. no tol paper!!! unbeliable. they used hand towel for shower. |

Close to Midi train station Staff were rude and dis interested when I arrived, the noise from the road was unbearable, the bathroom had not been cleaned properly, the girl on reception did not give me the remote for the tv to use, if your a female travelling on your own dont stay here, there are no restaurants around the hotel and you have to walk quite a bit to get to the centre of Brussels |

It was reasonable. Room was funny shape with beds too low to floor...only one chair in the room where 3 people were staying. Despite requests they did not repair room telephone; did not provide iron, no shampoo in bathroom, no internet connection - they asked 9 euro per night - it is normal to have free in most hotels.They refused to get me a print put of my speech which I had present in the Conference, however in the morning, Manageress allowed it. |
