The hotel is very close (2 minute walk) from Clemenceau subway station. Using the subway, you can get pretty easy into Brussels town centre. I have slept very well in the hotel, no noises from the street or whatever, because my room was on the back side of the hotel. Nice "serre" breakfast room with a lot of natural light. Gentle staff! The breakfast buffet can be improved: it is basic, nothing more. The hotel seems overpriced (I paid 150 a night) if you look at the neighborhood around the hotel, but hey, this is Brussels, and everybody has to pay the jackpot! |

One of the cheapest one on your website, though not value for money. The hotel staff was at least not good, the comfort?what did you just say, comforrt, a word I presume they do not know the meaning! Hotel difficult to find, orange juice in the morning was too old use, not remote control for TV, bath was broken and dirty (didn't even wash), beds half broken as they agged from World War II I assume. |

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful & breakfast was fine The room had no refreshments (eg water, tea, coffee, chocolate etc) & no remote for TV and no information about what hotel did (obviously not much) or what they offered (eg menu for breakfast) The most annoying thing though was it was incredibly noisy (ie traffic and street noise) and warm which meant it was very difficult to sleep at all for longer than a couple of hours before getting woken up |

Hotel advertises itself as follows: "This 3-star hotel is conveniently situated just 100 meters from the Midi Station and 10 minutes from Brussels’ historic Grand Place." This is inaccurate. It is at least 1000 meters (perhaps more) from the train station. Many travelers looking to stay close to the station expect to be able to walk to the hotel. The Scandinavia is very hard to find on foot. |

Breakfast was good. I liked the neighbourhood - a nise change from the EU quarter and the business shopping district. A great middle eatern cafe across the road! The hotel seemed to be rather expensive. |

IT is not sufficient for the price and it is not a real 3 starts hotel. No Room decoration, deteriorated room (wall cracked) and link in the bathroom, no plug for bath, bad smell in coridor, breakfast very poor, coffee disgusting, carton orange juice... situation etc...... |

The fact that you had to go downstairs to the front desk in order to get the remote control for your tv. Anytime you left the hotel your key was to be left at front desk. The rooms had a lot of stains on the carpets. |
