perfect croissants at breakfast! good location at arabic block near to all sights and picturesque streets.
double pricing for breakfast and poor calculations at reception. hotel makes a deposit at your account and you have to pay again upon arrival.
location near metro station Lemmonaire
the bathroom was not clean, heater was almost not functioning, no shower curtains
A fair, not too expensive hotel, not too far from the city center and close to a metro station and the Midi/Zuid train station. Good breakfast.
- location near train station - quiet
- dirty refrigerator - very few tv channels - internet is not free
It was horror. This kinds of hotels must be closed!
The receptionistes are very kind
The hotel is situated in the getto
for 1 night OK, good location, staff friendly, room was clean, value for money
mold in the bathroom
Pretty big room. Helpfuly stuff. Price/ quality is good.
Towels a litlle bit dirty. Location isn't pretty good.
The location is very strategic especially if you need to catch an early train.
The heater was not working properly and the noise from the street won't give you a good night sleep.
The location was great-- very close to the Midi station and Grand Place. The staff was multilingual and answered all of my touristy questions. And the free breakfast was pretty decent!
I needed a decent place close to the train station because I had to take a train early the next morning, so location-wise this hotel was perfect.
I found the bathroom dirty - there was hair everywhere in the tub and sink, which I thought gross.
-Most important lamps in the room were not working. -Problems with connecting more than one device to WiFi. -Staff at reception not really interested to solve our problems with light and WiFi.
The location was good.
There were no shampoos in the bathroom, the carpet on the floor was broken and it all looked dirty. We had to adjust the soap bag to make it work and put the toilet paper roll in its right place. The room was also cold.
Good breakfast, close to Midi station and the Grand Place (you even can go by walk without metro). Good price.
They had a parking garage for my car, but costs 12 euros to park, I did it because the area was so dangerous out of the hotel I wouldn't want to leave it there overnight. Have English speaking tv channels but make sure you ask the front desk for the tv remote.
When I arrived I found parking was 12€ and wifi is 9€ per night. I decided to park my car in this dark dirt fenced parking area. Going back to the hotel i had to walk by two barking growling dogs that belonged to the hotel. I went to my room and the bed was unmade like someone had slept in it, and the room was humid and bathroom felt like someone just showered moments before I arrived. I went to switch rooms but all they had was a singe. They refused to refund the difference of the double to single room. The new room was not close enough to get Internet, and I had to walk my luggage up unlit stairs and down a long dark hallway where the lights would turn on and off at random. The room itself was tiny, the television set old, the shower covered in mold and tiny, even for European standards. The same barking growling dogs in the parking area were easily audible as they barked right outside my window for half of the night. I guess this hotel is better than sleeping in your car but not by much.
Very very small rooms ... uncomfortable ... غرف فرديه صغيره جدا جدا جدا غير اللي في الصور
The hotel was situated very close to the Grand place as well as the Midi station. The chef and the night shift receptionist were extremely helpful.
The rooms had a musty smell and the showers were not upto the mark. But otherwise the rooms were pretty cozy and did the job
Close to the city center!!!
It wasn' t the most clean hotel and also sometimes, especially during the night, I had the feeling that the neighborhood was not that safe.
For first day lights and television was not working and I complained to the staff but tthey repaired only one next day.
A location, near to town area. Easy to getting the food, especially for muslim. - Halim Malaysia
Good value for money, just one rude person at the reception(the blond lady).
Bathtub is too small if you want to have sex. The area is quite uncomfortable, but nothing really dangerous.
very good place for the price you pay... good breakfast also
It was clean. The breakfast was good.
There was a strange smell in the bathrooms when the water ran especially.
Convenient for the centre of Brussels and the south railway station. Excellent value for money.
delicious French pastries for breakfast. disgusting smell. 10 minutes walk to the city center. Sweet girl at the reception.
a lot of carpets. Moroccan neighborhood. Well at least the car is not stolen. WiFi is terrible.
