Nära lättillgängligt buss och tunnelbanenät samt järnvägsstation. Låg vid trafikerad gata (genomfartsled) med mycket trafik och sena restaurangbesök tvärs över gatan. |

It was close to the Metro and other local amenities carpet stains| dust everywhere | phone not working properly| paying deposit for the remote control is very unusual| TV placed too high giving neck-ache| proper pillows not provided (i had to place towels underneath the cusions) | breakfast poor (no toast, or hot items) | unwelcoming notices e.g. "check out after 11.30 pay for extra night" - no "welcome to our hotel" |

The shuttle bus between the hotel and the centre between 6pm-10pm was a nice start to the evening. We found the hotel very clean and absolutely fine for a one night stay. The buffet breakfast really was super. The man in the breakfast room tried to boss everyone around trying to insist on the use of trays. At first he really annoyed us, but in the end we found it amusing watching him trying and failing! |

Many 2 stars hotel located in the city is much nicer worth the money paid. Hotel is hard to find. Hotel room is below expectation, only one pillow perbed, wet carpet and smelly room. The condition of the room is bad. |

I had to leave Airport early and I asked them to servce Breakfast at 6.30AM but they did not try. As per your Advertisement in the website I booked this hotel, but I was disappointed. Please do not put misguiding advertisement in your website, then we prefer not to book through your website because you will put false information. You have to inspect every hotel before putting advertisement in your website |

The hotel is very close (2 minute walk) from Clemenceau subway station. Using the subway, you can get pretty easy into Brussels town centre. I have slept very well in the hotel, no noises from the street or whatever, because my room was on the back side of the hotel. Nice "serre" breakfast room with a lot of natural light. Gentle staff! The breakfast buffet can be improved: it is basic, nothing more. The hotel seems overpriced (I paid 150 a night) if you look at the neighborhood around the hotel, but hey, this is Brussels, and everybody has to pay the jackpot! |
