the triple rooms are in fact rooms for four persons. Rooms are communicating with each other. We booked for 2 rooms and they were place at 2 different levels

The reception staff made us welcome and were very professional in the way they dealt with us throughout our short stay. We spent most of the time out and about with our twin Rotary Club of Amay friends and visited a number of locations nearby including the Abbaye Val Dieu and the Fort Eben-Emael. Our room which was a twin bedded room was clean, tidy and serviced. The restaurant provided a most acceptable breakfast. Overall hospitality was excellent and we would have no reservation in recommending friends and others to stay at this hotel which we intend to do again when we go back to Amay in 2 years time. Staff must remember to stock up the coffee etc each morning when servicing the room.

I liked the hotel itself: modern, cozy. The room was a triple, but still extremely small. The parking is free, although outside the hotel there was a lot of space for parking. They brought us a baby bed as requested, and they placed in the room for free. The weather was warm and humid, so there were 22c outside. In the room it was >24c, and no air conditioning. We felt we were like in a sauna! We could not sleep very well. The freezer was not well furnished.

Staff helpful, breakfast good, bed very comfortable No restaurant and so a 20 min walk into town needed. At the moment road works makes access difficult by car. Hotel and bar closed at 10 pm although we were given a night key.

Welcoming, helpful staff who spoke very good English. No staff after 10pm and therefore the bar not open after this time, which would have been nice after a long day out on Sunday (I believe closes even earlier on Sundays).

Bien organise, systeme de chambre trio bien concu. Un peu bruyant, talon a l'etage, chambres voisines. Ca allait ceci dit encore mais c'etait le weekend et on imagine un matin a 7h en semaine.

De nachtingang, de bedden en de beveiligde parkeerplaats. De kamerprijs (120 euro voor een kleine 2-persoonskamer) is veel te hoog voor dit matige hotel. Lang wachten voor er iemand bij de receptie verscheen, de boekingen bleken niet te kloppen, ontbijt karig, te weinig brood en beleg, slappe koffie, schaarse bediening.

Accueil du personnel de réception: se plie en 4 pour faire plaisir à ses clients!! Nous avions pris une chambre grand luxe, mais dont la dimension ressemblait plutôt à une chambre standard dans d autres hôtels

Nous avons aimé l'aspect contemporain de la chambre. Le petit déjeuné offrait de nombreux choix compte tenu de la taille de l'hotel. Le calme général dans l'hotel. Le sourire accueillant de l'employée (réception et salle de déjeunuer). Notre chambre étant située face à l'ascenseur, nous avons été réveillé assez tôt par les mouvements des autres locataires sans que ceux-ci ne fussent bruyant pour autant. Les chambres ci proche de l'ascenseur mériteraient une meilleure isolation accoustique, surtout pour une chambre prestige (double porte ?). En optant pour la chambre "Prestige" nous aurions espéré qu'elle fût plus grande et plus luxueuse.

Gewoon in de streek een zeer goed hotel met een goede organisatie. Ontbijt ok. Vraag een kamer aan de Maaskant. Dat er geen restaurant is, is niet erg, op wandelafstand, stroomafwaarts is een uitstekend restaurant met een zeer goed maandmenu aan een goede prijs/kwaliteit.

Situation géographique parfaite. Chambres confortables. Service agréable (conseils restaurants environs) Attention, la disponibilité du personnel est visiblement un peu juste même si les efforts sont réels : une personne supplémentaire est requise !

Klein en rustig hotel, op wandelafstand van het historisch centrum. Vriendelijk personeel, zeer propere kamer. Lekker ontbijt met voldoende variatie dat steeds werd bijgevuld. Zeer tevreden!
