Its a modern and comfortable hotel just 3 km from Durbuy. Great if you have kids, as there is a nice indoors swimming pool, a tennis court, and playground. Breakfast for just 10 euros is good and you can ask for eggs and bacon. |

Location was pleasant and easily accessible. Friendly staff even though they only spoke french, but no problem. Rooms were clean. Very hot in the restaurant due to the 'greenhouse' around the indoor pool, but it gave a tropical feeling and it is called Hotel Tropical after all. |

The Hotel Tropical is in a beautiful part of the Ardenes with many activities including kayaking, climbing and mountain biking nearby, although not at the hotel, and the staff were not helpful when trying to arrange activities and did not speak English very well. At first glance the hotel seems very modern, However it is in need of considerable refurbishment. Our room showed signs of damp and was smelly, there was no extractor fan in the toilet. The swimming pool was quite small and very cold, and when we tried to warm up with a shower there was no hot water! We didn't eat there so cannot comment on the food, |

Etre à proximité de tout en étant reculé dans la nature était génial ... Hotel très propre, piscine agréable ... Parfait pour partir en couple ou avec des enfants même en bas âge. A recommander Chambre un peu bruyante vu que nous étions à côté de l'entrée. Jeux pour enfants à compléter un peu car pas bcp de choix pour les tout-petits. |

nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel, la piscine tropicale, la chambre, l'accueil, le confort, peignoirs et pantoufles, la gentillesse du personnel, le calme, le parking, le jardin avec son étang et ses poissons. ontvangst slecht, niet welkom, geen uitleg, waren de enige gasten, absoluut geen luxe voor 4 sterren,heel vochtig, absoluut niets waar van de vermelding,geen hotelkamer maar een vochtig kamertje met niets, maar dan ook niets van luxe. |

alles was goed verzorgd en niks moest alles mocht.mooi zwembad in het hotel we hebben gebruik gemaakt van een haman[m] in het hotel en de vrouw des huizes wist niet goed hoe alles werkte en we hebben wel de 12 euro moeten betalen die er voor stond.ik had de gedachte dat dat ook wel voor de helft zou kunnen vanwege de ontbrekende info. |

Dat men na 1 nacht ons bed is komen opdekken en nieuwe flesjes shampoo en douchegel in de kamer heeft gezet en propere handdoeken heeft bezorgd. Ook de badjas en pantoffeltjes bij ontvangst waren leuk. De tropische inrichting van het hotel en de faciliteiten vonden wij ook positief. Minder vonden wij dat het personeel geen Nederlands sprak en dat het zwembadwater koud was. |

Parkeerplaats. Zwembad is superklein en heb er dan ook geen gebruik van gemaakt. Ik verwachtte meer naar aanleiding van de foto's. Kamers heel basic van inrichting en vochtig. Zeker geen aanrader in de winter. Ontbijt voor 10 euro pp ondermaats. Broodjes steeds op, dan moesten we wachten op de volgende bak. |

Vriendelijk personeel, ruime parkeerplaatsen aan het hotel Badkamer en kamer zijn vrij klein, maar wel proper en propere handdoeken, kleine frigo mag wel aanwezig zijn op de kamer. |
