Although old, the hotel facilities were good and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was also very good. Having a bus to take us to downtown and to the Midi Station was very nice. It was a good value for the money. The hotel location, although at walking distance to downtown, was kind of disapointing, but this was pretty much compensated by the fact that the hotel had a bus to take us to downtown and to the midi station. |

I was order this hotel because transfer, but in hotel cansell in transfer to station with 21 to 8 o`clock. In morning canselled in coffe, but I spoke in reception, that chek-out 5 morning and need in cap coffee. |

breakfast, shuttle to Gare Midi A payment by credit card is uncomfortable. That's why in my second visit to this hotel I've payed by cash. The hotel has a very strange system... At my first visit a sum was blocked by the hotel in my bank accounte, then I've payed by card twice (at the moment of check-in and at check-out too), and in a week after my departure one of the sums was returned. But another one is blocked yet. |

Free shuttle to and from the station. There was also a shuttle from central Brussels back to the hotel in the evenings. Breakfast was good. Asked for a non-smoking room and received a smoking room. The hotel's surrounding area at night did not feel totally safe. Solo women travellers may want to be careful at night walking home. |

Comfortable hotel, close to the Grand Place area (10-15min waking). good value for the money. Good and variate breakfast choices. The navette for the city centre didn't arrive at the scheduled time. |

Got a room at half the price and was more than worth it. Very nice room, great facilities, free breakfast buffet, and overall I regret not having stayed more than one night. Location is also quite good: walking distance to Midi and the city center and a free shuttle service from Midi. I had paid the same price for a bad hostel the night before and the difference was a quantum leap. Was told to wait for the shuttle at a certain exit for Midi but spent over 15 minutes waiting in the freezing cold. Apparently it was there, except across the street and I hadn't noticed it. Driver didn't seem pleased at having to wait but not my fault it didn't park closer. |

Clean and room looks fine. Receptionists were very nice. Hotel offers free bus transfer to the city and to the train station. Price was unbeatable and including a nice and generous breakfast. In the end it was really good value for money. Location is not the safest and nicest if you plan to come back late at night (but it's ok daytime). My room wasn't heated before so when I entered it was first freezing. The hotel is not a charming place but it's very decent for the price. |

Is it not fa from city center near by 15 minut by foot, but the road is not quiate if you have to make it alone. The same thing to get the metro, 15 min, but the road is dark and there dangerouse for my opinion. |

The courtesy and helpfulness of the reception staff both on check-in and when we returned to collect our luggage before leaving Brussels. The city plan we were given when we checked in. The breakfast was good. |

Been there before, know it well, price is good. It is an old property but some rooms have now been modernised. Particularly the bathrooms. Even included a shoeshine tissue! Breakfast is nice and included. At a Booking dot com price of 49 Euro you cannot go wrong. |
