Everything was great: the location was ideal- very close to the center, within minutes walking distance; the room itself was nice and clean, and the beds were super comfortable; the bar and the fireplace were really nice; and the staff was terrific, especially Bogdan and Mihai- really helpful, informative and friendly. |

In genereal the staff was nice, the room was very pleasent, clean and cozy, the breakfast was delicious. The Hotel is near by the Torre du Midi station and 10 min away from the Gran Place. The hotel provides a shuttle service from the Torre du Midi station to the Hotel in your arrival day, and in the opposite direction on the day of departure. The air conditionar in the the room was to hot and we couldn't turn it off. And we had to pay in advance, when we reached the hotel, was the first time that has happened. |

I liked the free bus shuttle service to the train station and downtown. It was very helpful especially since it was raining our last day. |

walking distance to the Gare du Midi, room to the courtyard very quiet, good price breakfast without fruit and yoghurt; bathroom: cold water pipe is not isolated from heating water pipe -> heat is wasted |

The breakfast was quite good, the price/room are very good and it's located very close to the center of Brussels. Like 10-15 minutes walk depending on your speed. However, I do not recommend you to stay in Brussels. Me and my friend didn't like it at all. The bathroom is incredible small. In fact is the smallest ever, you're peeing by standing into the shower, and showering by sitting on the wc chair. I'm exaggerating a bit but the wc and the shower are very-very close one from each other. The bathroom could have been a lot better. |

- the location is very good for those who wants to travel. Midi Station is in 5 mins from hotel. Also, if you fly by Ryanair, a shuttle from/to Charleroi Airport is in front of Midi. - good wifi: 5 euro for 48 hours. - breakfast: not the best, but really not bad! very useful thing if u need to wake up early and u dont wanna look for a place where to eat. - clean towels every day. |

The location. The hotel is just 20 minutes by walk to Grand Place. And the shuttle service is really handy. Breakfast offer good range of food, but not the best one. Shuttle service should cover last buses arriving from Charleroi, but taxi service from Gare du Midi to the hotel is cheap. Hotel looks old and bad kept. Heating too high. |

The staff were very efficient and friendly It is a long way from the Metro and even the bus, in a depressing district, and has a huge, rather dark, depressing breakfast-room. All in all, the atmosphere is a bit grey and un-cheerful..... |

The fact that they have shuttle to and from the city centre in the evenings We were on the 5th floor and even if we pais 2x5EUR for 2 accessess to the internet, they didn't tell us that on the 5th floor there is no signal for the internet. It wasn't fair at all, and I had to complaint. However, I got my money back |

the staff did their best to help the hotel is located in Bandit Territory. Take you stab-proof vest, and lock anything remotely valuable in the safe in your room. |

This was a nice, friendly hotel ideal for the budget conscious traveller from which one can start one's day with a nice breakfast from the wide selection of options available. Its location is a bit out of the way so my advice is to use the shuttle service - which isn't well advertised - to get to & from the Gare du Mid where trains, buses & the Metro meet. The reason is that I had my pockets picked around the Lemonnier Metro station as I walked back from the town centre. |

friendly staff, clean environment ; the bed is Comfort; the lobby has 3 star level, and reception service is nice. It's three star hotel, but some facility is poor, ex: there is no kettle, the bathroom door is a sliding door, feel unsafety and poor; no lift for second floor; only one socket in a room. |
