Hotel Victory  

1. Room was tidied and fresh towels brought each day. 2. Bed was comfortable. 3. Hotel near the train, tram and bus stops. 4. Breakfasts generous and made more enjoyable with the sun shining and the patio doors opened. 5. Staff helpful and respond fast when informed of something in the room not working E.G. bathroom lights.

It took me a while to find the hotel at the beginning... Having the Hotel name on both sides of the large sign out on the front Patio may have saved me some time.

Hotel is approx 500m from EXPO BRUSSELS, so ideal for business visitors. Hotel owner George, is a great character and very welcoming with his guests. Restaurant was very busy but George still found me a table, and the food was definately worth the wait. By chance, the waitress was a Sandra Bullock double!!!!!. Some of the hotel rooms are located across the road from the hotel, which initially was a little strange. The room was very large (2 televisions !!!!) with a very comfortable bed, and a balcony. Modern design and newly refurbished. No smoking in any bedroom, but there is a smokers lounge available. Over all a good experiance.

As a family run hotel, there is no restaurant available on Sunday night, but there are plenty of places to eat locally. Dont think the mini bar fridge was switched on.......Balcony may not be suitable for guests with young children.

The owners are very dedicated and friendly. There was a problem with the heating and they fixed it as soon as possible and checked every day if everything was still ok. It is very cozy and personal, it was my second stay and they make you feel like coming home.

Conveniently located cosy hotel (just off the orbital) run as a family business. The owner is easygoing and very helpful. The hotel restaurant serves delicious food.

Great Appart-room and the Chef delivers great food. Everybody is genuine doing everything to make your stay plesant.

Topper....zonder meer,,,,,betaalbaar....zeker in vergelijking met hotels in Brussel..Super goede ligging...Goede parkeermogelijkheden... Kortom een aanrader.... Opmerking > Ik boekte wel een suite....dus de normale kamers heb ik niet gezien.

Internet verbinding was niet stabiel...maar daar werkte men aan ,,,

Check-In war bereits am Vormittag möglich, obwohl ich eigentlich nur mein Gepäck abladen wollte. Ich erhielt ein großes Dreibettzimmer. Der Hotelparkplatz war zwar nicht zugänglich, doch es gab genügend sichere Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe. Tram ca. 5 Minuten fußläufig entfernt und mit einem Umstieg am Gare de l' Ouest ist man dann in einer guter halben Stunde im Zentrum. Positiv ist auch das kostenlose WiFi im Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber. In der Nähe des Hotels und der Tramhaltestelle ist das Einkaufszentrum Basilix, das einen Eindruck bietet wie die Brüsseler einkaufen, das Selbstbedienungsrestaurant dort ist eine Einkehr wert! Dort mischt sich Belgien:)

Wunder darf man wohl in Brüssel nicht erwarten. Ich empfand das Hotel als unpersönlich. Das Frühstück wurde ab 8 Uhr serviert. Das bestand aus Einwegpackungen mit Konfitüre und Nussnougatcreme, aus 30g Butter. Joghurt war abgelaufen und die Hausdame kam dann irgendwann mit einer Tüte vom Bäcker um die Ecke. Die wenigen Hotelgäste bekamen ein Croissant und ca. 5 Scheiben Weißbrot, die frischen Brötchen wurden mit frischem Rührei an die Kinder der Madame verteilt, die in ihren Schlafanzügen ungewaschen an einem Tisch Platz nahmen. Immerhin wurde mir eine Tasse ordentlicher Kaffee serviert...eigentlich trinke ich zwei Tassen:-)

Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Kamers zijn mooi en modern ingericht.

Nette kamers, vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel, goed eten!

Datgene wat stuk is in de badkamer moet worden gerepareerd .
