Breakfast looked limited for the price. Perhaps more salad or fish (smoked salmob) as not everyone keen on processed meat

The hotel is in a good location, 1 minutes from Gillon tram stop and 5 minutes from Botanique Metro station. The room is quite spacious suitable for 2 or even 3 people.

The bed was too soft-We didn't feel comfortable at all. The room wasn't so clean. I also found a cigarette in the room. There weren't tea or coffee facilities in the room.

Our room had a very nice modern design, which looked really good. The staff was nice and helpful. Location, well, most popular sights are within walking range, as well as public transport, however the small streets nearby did not look too promising.

Only some minor things on the negative side: Although looking fancy, we could hardly find a place for our luggage in our room. Similarly in the bathroom there was a good hairdryer but no hook to hang the towels. Also, the half-open shower looks luxury but the floor will get really wet. Additionally, the city of Brussels turned out to be the one we liked the least of the several we visited.

The hotel is fine, the rooms and the bathrooms are OK. Good for the price.

Staff is not friendly. Location - neighborhood a bit creepy.

The room was freshly renovated, good location next to the Botanic Garden, great value for money

The "fitness room" and the "sauna" cost 20 eur, which was not specified on the website. Besides, I never managed to see the facilities. Every day I asked the receptionist, and every time it was "occupied" or "closed". I was repeatedly told that I can be sure to get access there if I pay in advance (without seing it!).

It was located where I needed to be and it was clean & Budget friendly

Very clean, new furniture, 2min to Metro station, 10-15 min walk to cathedral and historic town, near shoping mall. McDonald's 10 min.

Internet connection in our room was very weak and I needed to go to lobby to use it. Also they promised sauna, but when I asked for it they said it cost additional 17€ per person.

Location good. Recent fit-out quite nice. Clean and well kept.

An extraordinary amount of heat coming through the floor on level one. All thermostats down to zero made no difference. Either something broken or some sort of kitchen operating downstairs. Made for a terrible night's sleep. Would not stay again and would not recommend.

It was near the metro station and the botanical garden, shops, and it was clean

The staff wasnt very helpful when we needed directions to the airport, breakfast was 10 euros and not very good. I would only go.back to brussels for a beer at delirium cafe, there's not much to do in the city.

Perfect location if you have businesses close to Gare du Nord - it's just 10 min. walk. Very close to botanical garden, not far from downtown and major tourist attractions. Good but inexpensive restaurants around.

Bathroom was not very clear - urine or water drops on the toilet and someone's hair on the hairdryer. No lock in the bathroom

They change the room immediately when there was a problem with the lighting

When I arrived at 4 am to check in for next day, I would like to ask for wifi and stay on the ground floor. however, the reception staff seems unwilling to provide me wifi password and not allow me to stay there for too long because I didnt book the room on that night. Moreover, the door of the bathroom is broken.

I only liked the location of the hotel since it was very near to the metro station.

There was internet connection problem in the room. Moreover the room was very small, even there was very short distance between the table and bed and other furniture in the room.
