Deposit box in the room, very practical. Bathroom was very clean. Breakfast included in the price. However, I managed to learn from the couple who stood before me in line at the desk that they paid 20 eur less than me for a similar room and stay, which is a 30% difference in price. When asked, the clerk could not come up with a satisfactory or logical explanation. |

Its location next to the new railway station is excellent, rooms clean and quiet, Front desk staff still under training at check out. I know they have to learn, but please get them up to a minimum standard before starting them on what is the one time of day that busines folks dont want to be waiting around. |

Clean and comfortable. Very good bathroom facilities. Not many good places to eat near to hotel but may improve when building work around railway station completed |

A fantastic hotel for a number of reasons - very modern design, extremely comfortable beds, good air-con, friendly and helpful staff, good wired internet connection, close to the train station, very reasonably priced. We will be looking for an opportunity to stay again. |

Good position in the city of Liege. The last night we were there the room was not cleaned by the staff. The man at reception offered us the breakfast of the next day but not a new room. |

Ideal location for the station as we wanted to travel to Maastricht and Aachen during our stay. Easy to catch bus into centre. Andy on reception was extremely helpful in finding restaurants and advising on best bus routes - a real star!! Breakfast at 15 euros a bit steep and the 6 euro alternative was a bit sparse so we used a local cafe which was fine. |

The hotel is rather good and the price is reasonable too far from the city centre. |

Excellent hotel, especially for people of reduced mobility/infirm/in wheelchair/elderly. 200 metres from Guillemans railway/TGV/Thalys railway & bus interchange. Buses in every direction across town; day ticket is only 3 euros. Newly-refurbished hotel, good-sized rooms, double- glazed, clean, as much breakfast as you can eat. Quiet; occasional corridor noise. Shops, cafés, supermarket and coiffeur all within 300 metres. Definitely stay at this hotel. No means to make coffee in the room; no minibar/fridge. Take your own coffee, there's free boiling water in the bar downstairs. Need to ask cleaning lady for the key to open the double-glazed bedroom windows. Room can vibrate(!), possibly due to air pressure with all the double- glazed windows shut. Occasional vibration due to passing heavy trains too? Cracks in outside window sills and brickwork; maybe building is slightly war-damaged. Note: no Internet in lobby, you need your own laptop to connect in the bedroom. |

Very friendly staff provide excellent services to guests, hotel facilities are pretty new. High price quality is surely guaranteed. If I went to Liege again, the hotel would definitely be my first choice. |

The decor and most especially the bed! Ive stayed in many hotels and this was the most comfortable bed ever. I actually had a full nights sleep and didnt want to get up. I thought that really it should be described as a boutique hotel and far superior than the others near by. |

Very nice modern hotel, right opposite the amazing new railway station (nearing completion at the time of writing). Beautiful contemporary bedroom with immaculate bathroom with powerful shower. |

We really enjoyed the smart modern design of the building. Some aspects were a little too smart, such as the designer washbasin mounted on the benchtop, with nowhere to put the soap and no way to work the plug. |

Hotel very close to City Center via bus or train located outside the hotel. Hotel has a modern yet simple decor. I would have liked a minibar in my room to keep my toddler's milk cool. Also, the location of the hotel is not in the most desirable part of the city, so be extremely aware of your surroundings. If you have young children, I would not recommend this hotel. |
