The room was exactly as was suggested by the images on the internet. Really comfortable bed, and free internet access!!!! Also, the breakfast was awesome!

The hotel was quiet, very clean with comfy beds and the staff really nice. It is located just a minute from the train station which was excellent for us since we went to the Spa racing track every day of our stay. There was also a lot of restaurants just around the corner and a grocery store where we bought breakfast and cold lunches. It took about 15min to walk into the city center or you could take the bus which departed just outside the hotel. We were very satisfied with our stay. The breakfast was very expensive so we never tried it. The location is good if you like to be close the train station otherwise the surroundings are not so pretty.

Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and everything worked and was in very good order. I think the standard of the hotel was good but was expensive.

The location to the railway station and local bars. Comfortable beds Wi-fi did not work in any rooms/public areas of the hotel which was a huge factor as to why I chose this hotel. While some staff were friendly - others weren'T. This hotel wont be recommended with these factors.

Very good, modern and clean hotel. Stayed here with my girlfriend, whilst on a citytrip. Was really nice! The staff should learn some English; they only spoke French. Also they should smile more often.

Large room. Good breakfast No wi-fi in room. Reception gave broken cable. Internet was extremely difficult to use. Toilet was separate from bathroom. No minibar. Fridge unplugged. Would not accept to pay on company card using in booking. This is not a problem in other hotels.

Location directly across from the train station was a huge plus. It's not the most happening part of town, but not having to lug bags across the city was great, and it's really easy to get to the heart of the city by foot (about 25 mins) or bus. The rooms were quiet and very clean, also quite spacious. I definitely felt I got my money's worth. Sometimes the water didn't work (I think because of construction nearby), but it usually came back after a few minutes.

Conveniently located, clean and modern. The hotel serves a very decent breakfast with good choice including some hot dishes. Rooms have air con and soundproofing that works. Everything that we needed. Not much, if i was being hyper-critical, the design of the bathroom sink is ridiculous, it's impossible to use it without getting water everywhere!
