So much to see and do ,too much to list.

The only thing ifound fault in was no tea and coffee making facilities in your room,if the room had this then it would be 100% instead of 99%.hotel was excellent staff great food great will return again.

The hotel staff were extremely welcoming and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble, especially for Kristoff who went out of his way to help me. The location was second to none. The room overlooked the main square but wasn't noisy. The room itself was a fantastic mix of different cultures and eras. I would certainly stay again

Brilliantly atmospheric - a real piece of Brugge - perfect spot for people watching out of the huge windows overlooking the Square with plenty of choice for eating out nearby. Loved the space and decor of the room and bathroom - it felt more like living in a luxury apartment than staying at a B&B.

No tea/coffee making facilities. We would definately stay again - but would bring ear plugs next time as the down-side of being central is the noise late at night and early morning.

Sa situation géographie est un avantage comme un inconvénient , on ne peux pas être en plein centre ville et notament sur la place du Statius sans avoir du bruit ( la nuit)

The only thing needs improving is breakfast ,not that it was not tasty ,but a larger variety is needed.

De kelners en het personeel waren heel aangenaam en persoonlijk in de omgang, behulpzaam en vlot in de bediening. Toen we arriveerden stond de maître d'hotel plots aan onze wagen om ons te assisteren. De kamer was de beste die we ooit hadden. Een grote kamer met een heus salon erbij, zalig gedomineerd door een gigantische vitrine-bibliotheekkast, gezellige lichtcombinaties, een luxueuze badkamer, een apart toilet, kortom een klein huisje. Ik vatte het hotel, restaurant en het personeel samen in het guest-book: De Huiselijke Hemel.

Slechts één puntje: het nachtlawaai gedurende vrijdagnacht en nog meer zaterdagnacht: Lallende, brullende, zwalpend zingende jongeren op de markt. Hun respectloos gedrag domineert het anders zo stemmige en architecturaal imposante marktplein. Jammer dat de mondig gemaakte jeugd 's nachts z'n mond niet kan houden. Te verhelpen door opvoeding of geluidswerend dubbel glas in de ramen van het hotel.

In een woord schitterend! Verreweg de mooiste hotelkamer waar we ooit gelogeerd hebben. Op "den eersten verdiep" hadden we de 2 persoonskamer met een complete eethoek voor 6 personen, een 3-zitsbank en 2 fauteuils, een enorm antiek bureau, antieke schouw, een heerlijk bed en, last but not least, een eersteklas uitzicht op de Markt. In deze ruimte zat vroeger het restaurant. Je kunt je de zee van ruimte dus wel voorstellen. Wat een luxe om hier met 2 personen in te mogen verblijven. Het ontbijt was goed maar niet bijzonder uitgebreid, personeel erg vriendelijk maar bijzonder druk. Het eten & drinken was ook goed maar erg prijzig.

La habitación era una maravilla en el mismo centro. LLeno de ventanales que dan al Markt. La habitación es muy grande y bién amueblada, las cámas cómodas. Es como estar en un partamento de lujo en el mismo centro de Brujas. El desayuno escelente servido por el personal del restaurante en la terraza.Todo ello hace que merezaca la pena y mucho.Un lugar con muchísimo encanto.

Diciendo por adelantado que las ventajas superan con creces a los inconvenientes.... Los tiene y muchos. Uno de ellos es que al no exisitir un servicio de hotel propiamente dicho, pues las habitaciones pertenencen al restaurante y en este no hay una recepción, la atención que es realizada por un camarero no es demasiado atenta sin ser por ello incorrecta. La entrada de día es por el restaurante y te hace sentir algo incómodo. Por la noche hay que buscar la entrada en la izquierda del frontal del restaurante. Un poco lioso. Los ventanales dejan pasar demasiada luz y se escucha mucho el ruido de la plaza. Por último cuidado al dejar las maletas en el pasillo unas horas tras dejar la habitación, el candado lo encontramos forzado, pero no consiguieron abrirlas. Aún así repetiríamos.

fantastisch mooie kamer en een geweldige locatie. Je kijkt zo de markt op en zit overal op loopafstand van.

Vriendelijk personeel, hele mooie ruime kamers. Brugge is een geweldige stad.
