The location is unbeatable - just check before you travel if there is anything planned; we were there when the Tour de Flandres was celebrated, which was very noisy for 2 of the 4 nights we stayed! The staff are lovely, and the room itself is amazingly luxurious.

The sofas are a bit shabby, and a shame given the fabulous bathroom. Also the master bed comprises two separate beds, so a big crease down the middle. Not very romantic!

This must be the best place to stay in Bruges. The view over the main square to the Town Hall is stunning. Sumptuous furnishings, fabulous decor and stunning architecture all around. You will feel like royalty. Large comfortable rooms. Charming staff.

The accomodation was fantastic.Good continental breakfast.Friendly staff.Palacial room/suite.The view out from our bedroom windows(there was about 10 of them) was of the main square in Bruges with the ice rink and Christmas Market in full flow.Bruges is a romantic medievel city and a must for a city break.It is surrounded by canals and you can either hire a bike and see the city and canals or take the horse and carts from the main square.

Unforgetable Hotel!! The room is huge and being there is like entering a time tunel back 150 years. It hasn´t Internet: but who cares being there! It faces the Markt square. You enter by the Restaurant, which is by the way also excelent. The friendly staff are the waiters. A place to remember forever! There are only 4 rooms.

Ancient building of hotel, you must like a style(!) It is located on the central square, all windows overlooking the squeare (excellent sound insulation!).rooms are big, bed is comfortable, A breakfast standard - coffee / tea, rolls, cheese, ham; small omelette,- very good for the turist tipes hotels. Perfect Location. For the price, what I get with a booking.com, it was good

There is no habitual reception, - all service on a bar counter.The personnel serves a bar-cafe-restaurant-hotel,- often they have no time to give you enough attention (depends on a season).All hotels on Markt Square have this problem,+thay are in the Prohibited zone-no cars, only taxi.Always a parking problem.In our room there was no bath, -only a shower and a toilet - very small! In Brugges there are a lot of good hotels, - the most of them in Flemish old style, but more comfortable.The city is not big- all in availability of foot walk. In the booking.com I get a good price for the hotel, and for that price it was nice to have ather experience with hotel and service. This hotel is good for a people, who like to be in the square location.

The hotel room was fantastic and way beyond our expectations as it was a beautiful huge room! The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The location was right in the middle and overlooking the market square, which was perfect. I would seriously advise anybody to stay here, ask for room number 1!

The room was amazing, the staff were friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Dinner in the Brasserie was fabulous and breakfast was excellent. This was the last night of a european tour and we couldn't imagine a better way to finish.

this a fabulous place to stay in Bruges right in the main square and great views out of the apartment windows- apartment is excellent- large/ clean with high spec equipment. Staff at the brasserie are friendly and very helpful.

O hotel é um prédio hitórico, todo reformado por dentro, na praça principal de Bruge. O nosso quarto, era um apartamento, tomando todo o andar do prédio, parecendo aposento de um Lord. Espetacular.

La vue sur la place, imprenable. Le loft, très grand, avec une magnifique salle de bains à l'ancienne, résolument "royale". L'amabilité, la gentillesse du personnel.

L'accès à la chambre : ascenseur et escaliers un peu étroits. Un détail.

Buiten gewoon goede lokatie, excellente gastvrijheid en vriendelijkheid, zeer acceptabele accomodatie.

Niets, voldeed volledig aan verwachtingen.

Sa situation centrale est idéale pour celui qui veut visiter Bruges. Le confort de la chambre est très bien, d'autant que très spacieuse, elle reste intime de par sa décoration. Son jus d'orange au petit déjeuner dans le restaurant situé en dessous. Il n'a pas de restaurant attaché mais celui qui le sert est excellent.

La qualité de l'éclairage dans la chambre.

Personel accueilant ( quoique tres réduit..1 pers. ) Gesthaus confidentielle au dessus une brasserie ..les volumes de la chambre-"suite" et son coté désuet, bon chaugage...du charming en apparence. Petit dejeuner convenable.et personnel de salle à manger efficace.

en fait aucun charme et aucun confort...tres vieillot, agencement et mobilier de + 30ans!! dont lit tres usagé..Wi Fi trop faible au 2nd ( inopérant) , produit sdb a portion congrue, ..rideaux mal opacifiants ( lumières de la place Markt visibles), bruit extérieurs ( époque festive de l'année il est vrai ), ..et donc tres cher.

Ik vond het een harstikke luxe en mooi gelegen guesthouse, het personeel was vriendelijk en goed gehulpzaam

Wij zijn er al een paar jaar achter elkaar geweest en dat zegt denk ik genoeg!

El hotel se compone de 4 apartamentos; uno en cada piso de la casa. todas las habitaciones son fabulosas. La decoración es magnifica y todo muy confortable. Nuestra estancia ha sido fantastica.

No hay personal en el hotel pero en la brasserie atienden a lo que necesites.

Het persoonlijk was uiterst gastvrij en zeer vriendelijk. Echt een huiskamer gevoel ervaren. Het eten was voortreffelijk. De kamer was zo groot als een ruim appartement en sfeervol ingericht. Wij komen hier zeker terug!

Kan bijna niets bedenken, maar een puntje is toch de rumoer in de nacht van uitgaand plubliek, dit omdat wij thuis in zeer stille woonwijk wonen en daarom niet gewend zijn.
