So much to see and do ,too much to list.

The only thing ifound fault in was no tea and coffee making facilities in your room,if the room had this then it would be 100% instead of 99%.hotel was excellent staff great food great will return again.

It is a fantastic guesthouse on an even better location. We really felt like we were a king and queen in a castle. Very friendly staff as well who were very helpfull and always took care of all our demands and requests with a smile! Really a one of a kind hotel! Not to forget the food in the brasserie and the breakfast is of outstanding quality and at a very very fair price! If you have a chance to stay in this hotel please just book it :) It will be worth it!

There is nothing not to like! Maybe the sign hotel should be a little bit better placed as we had some issues to find it :)

Stayed in the Grand Apartment/penthouse. Two floors with great terrace overlooking Bruges. Living room overlooks town main square. Spacious, maybe 700 sq ft (~70m2). Nicely furnished. Breakfast was great and the food at the restaurant was among the best we ate in Bruges. Very relaxing and worth staying at.

No glasses in the room that I could find, despite having full kitchen (which wasn't for functional use) for water or wine. Cleaning lady did only a so-so job.

The location is ideal, right on the square, yet the room was quiet with almost no outside noise. We were in the room right above the restaurant and it was huge -- unbelievably so! There was a dining table (with a notice that you were not to eat in the room), a large desk, and a sitting area with a sofa and two large lounge chairs. However, the bathroom was the size of a small closet -- typical for old European buildings. The breakfast was included and served at the restaurant below -- there was ample food and it was quite good. I would book this room again and recommend it highly.

The downside to this establishment is that there is no staff dedicated to the hotel other than the maid. The rooms are above a busy restaurant and the waiters are the reception, payment collectors, and whatever else you might need. They were helpful and friendly and luckily we were independent enough not need any extra service. The stairwell leading to the room is tiny, but there is a small lift that we used for our bags.

Location was excellent,as was the service and size of the room - more like a suite!

Only complaint would be the fact that the double bed was made up with two singles which was fairly uncomfortable.

Très bon hôtel, bien situé. Chambre plus que confortable, et vraiment remarquable. Le confort, l'équipement, la propreté, et la vue sur la Place Markt.

Compte tenu du prix, il ne manquerait qu'un parking, ou une réduction avec un des parkings souterrains ...

Das Guest House zeichnet sich durch seine fantastische Lage direkt am Markt aus. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet, das Frühstück sehr gut und wir werden gern wieder dort wohnen.

De se retrouver dans une ambiance propre à l'endroit, à savoir la Grand Place de Bruges avec ses façades typiques aux hautes fenêtres avec vitraux. L'hôtel Guest House Huyze Die Maene vous permet de vivre cette ambiance de l'extérieur comme de l'intérieur grâce à sa situation et les chambres qu'il propose.

In een woord schitterend! Verreweg de mooiste hotelkamer waar we ooit gelogeerd hebben. Op "den eersten verdiep" hadden we de 2 persoonskamer met een complete eethoek voor 6 personen, een 3-zitsbank en 2 fauteuils, een enorm antiek bureau, antieke schouw, een heerlijk bed en, last but not least, een eersteklas uitzicht op de Markt. In deze ruimte zat vroeger het restaurant. Je kunt je de zee van ruimte dus wel voorstellen. Wat een luxe om hier met 2 personen in te mogen verblijven. Het ontbijt was goed maar niet bijzonder uitgebreid, personeel erg vriendelijk maar bijzonder druk. Het eten & drinken was ook goed maar erg prijzig.
