big room We came to hotel at 5pm and we were still waiting for our room another 40minutes. Without any compensation and the staff were not very polite. I think that for such kind of hotel this should not happen. They also blocked my credit card for 200eur, even price of my room was just 125eur! Before leaving they asked my three times to return the second key (magnetic card), and they didn´t want to believe me, that we get only one! Staff really wasn´t very polite! Next time we stay at Astoria hotel as usual. |

Very good location in Antwerp,Next to the train station and also to the Sabena Brussels airport shuttle.Very friendly staff and helpful,and also nice clean modern rooms,very good breakfast.good value for money. |

Nice, modern and large room. Comprehensiveness of staff regarding parking (I could let my car longer in their parking after already having checked-out). Close to restaurants and shops. |

The room was spacious and a nice big sunny window to enjoy the good weather. Construction made it difficult to find the entrance. No coffee in the room. |

I liked that the staff would store my bag, even after check-out, so that I did not have to carry it with me while I explored Antwerp. I also felt the staff was extremely helpful and accomidating (especially since I managed to book my room for the wrong day) but they still gave me the discounted price that I had booked at! |

the staff was very kind and helpful. Rooms are very roomy with a lot of space. the lifts are a nightmare. the pool and fitness center hour of activity are too short |

The location to the train station makes it a perfect. You can go see the city and countryside very easily. There were different elevators that did not always work. You entered the hotel using one elevator, went to your room using a diifferent elevator and then left the hotel using a third set of elevators. One set of elevators were broken while we were there. |

location, parking facilities the soft furnishing, needs updating, to dull, boring. Don't like the fact that there's 2 single beds, prefer a double bed. Realy don't like the blankets, they look cheap and old |

Room 415 was - in my view - very noisy with a heavy profond fan running all night. Previous stays in other rooms however were excellent. |

Hyllit hotel was excellent. The staff were very helpful and the junior suite for the price was really great. Room was recently redone and location was convenient. breakfast was a rip off for the price |

Very friendly staff. Great location. Clean and comfortable. Good beds! Great value for the money. My reservation was for a non-smoking room and when we got to our room, we had been given a smoking room. When I asked to be switched, it was done immediately and without any problem. |

Hotel staff very kind, good hotel location in the main road close to the main station and the diamond district. We have reserved a double non smoking room but we were obliged to sleep in a smoking room. No other rooms were available because the hotel was completely full. No discount given for this mistake. |

close to city center and train station It was extremely cold during the night even though the air conditioning was set on 30 degrees celsius. The double bed was made of two single beds and we were sinking in the middle. Very short opening hours for the swiming-pool and fitness center. |
