It was close to the city center and the station I did not like the fact that the rooms were only accessible via very cramped lifts. There were no stairs down to reception. The Junior suite was very outdated and the airco was woefully inefficient. Staff seemed a little indifferent to the comfort of their guests. |

Hotel location ; right next to the main shopping street and central station. Swimming pool and sauna were nice plus after all day of walking in the city. on 5th floor, you hardly hear any noise from the street at night. was informed the parking at hotel costs 17eur per day but they only charged 17eur for 2days of parking in the hotel which was very nice. Break fast was simple but sufficient. Airconditioning worked very well. Room was a bit small side and so was the bathroom. however, everything was clean and well organized so it didn't bother us much. |

Location, location, location! Right in the city centre, less than 200 metres from central station. The swimming pool and Turkish bath located in the hotel are a great way to unwind after a long day. Fantastic choice of foods for breakfast. Overall, a very pleasant experience! |

We stay at a lot of hotels, travelling at least once a month, and this hotel, by far, was the best experience we've had in a long time. Very comfortable beds, pillows, air conditioning that worked on a very hot day, great location in the Diamond District, good room sizes. I would recommend this hotel for sure. The prices in the lounge were extremely expensive. |

hotel construction is good , it is neat and clean though facilitltes like health/spa etc were under contruction/renovation. it is not yet suited for business travellers like smooth internet connectivity,support for internet is only during typical office time - it has to be 24x7 , no facility for early morning quick grab and run (breakfast), |

Het hotel ligt aan de rand van het centrum, en je loopt via de winkelstraten naar de Grote Markt in ongeveer 15 minuten.Het ontbijt is prima. De parkeer garage bevind zich onder het hotel , en de laatste dag mochten wij de auto nog even (gratis) laten staan om nog een kopje koffie te drinken in de stad.Prima service dus! De voegen tussen de tegels in de badkamer , bij de douche,waren vies (k309)en dat was dus een Junior Suite. Er kwam continue een warme luchtstroom uit een rooster boven een buro. Het was buiten 25 graden, nadat we de airco hadden aangezet maakte hij wel geluid maar deed (ook na een paar uur) helemaal niets. We hoorden ook andere gasten daarover klagen. |

The airconditioning was not working in our junior suite, we complained and wanted to change the room. That was not possible at once but later on we could change the room and there the airconditioning worked really well. I wouldn't give 4star to this hotel at all, maximum 3 star. The lobby was really nice and cool, but the rooms and the hallways were oldfashioned. |

Hotel ligging zijn geweldig ! midden in centum. Het hotel personeel zijn heel vriendelijk en professioneel.De kamer is luxe en ruim.het ontbijt is goed ruime keuze.Ontdank het hotel bevind in het cenrtum,we hebben totaal geen geluid overlast van buiten af. in de kamer zeer stil. Echter aanradder !! een van de ontbijt personeel niet zo vriendelijk. maar voor ons niet zo ramp. |
