The central location, close to the main train station and bus stop for the airport Expresss Bus. The room was big an clean. Breakfast was also very good. One of the main criteria to choose a hotel is to have free wifi. In the Booking.com website it said that wifi internet was free in the hotel, and to my surprise in the hotel they had a fee for internet connection. First of all, I find it ridiculous that hotels still think they can make money with internet connections, the true is that they only loose, because many people will not choose hotels that charge for internet. But what I find unacceptable is this hotel advertises that Internet is free and once you arrive there you have to pay for it! I hope they change this pretty soon! Otherwise the hotel stay was very good.

I liked the location. The breakfast was good, especially if one orders the coffee separately, the standard coffee was awful. The garage is a pain to access and leave. The magnetic card readers in every lift drove me crazy. The bedroom door that had to be pushed closed was annoying. There was a slightly "cheap" feeling to door locks in general especially at the pool area. The pool was not clean. One of the staff members was unprofessional in dealing with my complaint about the garage.

The hotel was well decorated and felt brand new. Very comfortable and excellent buffet breakfast. We were disappointed the swimming pool was only open once a day and for limited hours only. It was not open in the mornings, only from 5-8pm. There was no kettle and tea making facilities in the rooms which you expect in all 4* hotels.

We were a young couple on a trip for our engagement ring, looking forward to a nice romantic weekend. That was put to a halt when we found our room had two singles, when I asked to change for a double the "lady" at reception was exceptionally rude and un accommodating, as a result would be reluctant to recommend.

The staff were indeed extremely friendly and helpful with tips on dining in Antwerp, and logistics. The standard rooms are quite small. The swimming pool is not continuously available.

The staff was very friendly, the room was luxurious and very clean, nice bathtub and shower, lovely and extensive breakfast Our executive room was the room next to the elevator, we could hear it go up and down. Too bad for the extra money we paid for the executive room, but it didn't keep us from sleeping lovely.

Good quality bar service although terribly expensive. I was initially over charged and had to wait until the end of my stay to be reimbursed. There was a deposit even though booking.com said "no deposit will be charged." An "Executive Suite" is a double room with 2 single beds pushed up together. This was not stated on the booking.com website and therefore is completely unacceptable.

The friendly and helpfull staff. The facilities like the swimmingpool, sauna and fitness. Excellent option was the iron service for my shirts. The luxurious lobby and Emerald Lounge Bar. The free usage of the towels at the swimmingpool and sauna. Great! We had several problems with the elevator using our keycard. Sometimes it just didin't work and then you are standing in a closed elevator.

We only stayed for one night, but could not fault anything. Lovely bedroom, the best shower experience and friendly staff everywhere - including the cleaners. We did not have breakfast (20 euros) so opted for a coffee and croissants at the nearby exk Cafe - an excellent and well run establishment.

Very nice hotel, staff superfriendly and really helpfull. Nice and cosy room, very clean. Very good location, esp. for shopping, 5-10mn walking distance from the main street and the center Breakfast buffett decent for the price. Well recommended Only downside was the line for the Checkout in the morning. More staffs would be appreciated, esp. When you have a train to catch end of the morning...
