中央駅に近いので、中央駅を利用してブリュッセルへ行ったりする場合は便利です。大聖堂までは歩いて20分- 程度。街中心まで、歩けますがお子様がいると無理かもしれません。ホテル前には、有名なチョコレートやさん- があって、カフェも併設されています。 |

Staff were extremely helpful. Location was ideal. Rooms cleaned regularly- once in the late afternoon when we dcided to avoid leaving the room due to the adverse weather. The sauna was out of order when we visited- it may have been that there was no staff member available to staff it, but I was looking forward to it immensely. Knob on shower was detached, but the shower was excellent. |

I liked the room and bathroom because of it's space and it was clean. The hotel was under construction because of that the leisure space was not working optimal. The sauna, turkish steambath were out of order. There was also a problem with the elevators you had to wait for several up to more then 5 minutes. There was a problem with the breakfast, the hotel staff couldn't manage the amount of visitors. It looked as if they were surprised by the number of people who come to have breakfast. |

It was conveniently located near the train station, bus station, shopping areas, and attractions. The room was a bit dark; it could have been brighter. |

Location: proximity to shops, city center, restaurants,... Rooms were very plainly decorated: no colour at all, grey bath room. A bit depressing. |

Nice clean hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Large room. Roof top breakfast room. View of building site from the room. Public areas quite small while bar is being redeveloped. |

big room We came to hotel at 5pm and we were still waiting for our room another 40minutes. Without any compensation and the staff were not very polite. I think that for such kind of hotel this should not happen. They also blocked my credit card for 200eur, even price of my room was just 125eur! Before leaving they asked my three times to return the second key (magnetic card), and they didn´t want to believe me, that we get only one! Staff really wasn´t very polite! Next time we stay at Astoria hotel as usual. |

Very good location in Antwerp,Next to the train station and also to the Sabena Brussels airport shuttle.Very friendly staff and helpful,and also nice clean modern rooms,very good breakfast.good value for money. |

Nice, modern and large room. Comprehensiveness of staff regarding parking (I could let my car longer in their parking after already having checked-out). Close to restaurants and shops. |

I liked that the staff would store my bag, even after check-out, so that I did not have to carry it with me while I explored Antwerp. I also felt the staff was extremely helpful and accomidating (especially since I managed to book my room for the wrong day) but they still gave me the discounted price that I had booked at! |

The location to the train station makes it a perfect. You can go see the city and countryside very easily. There were different elevators that did not always work. You entered the hotel using one elevator, went to your room using a diifferent elevator and then left the hotel using a third set of elevators. One set of elevators were broken while we were there. |

location, parking facilities the soft furnishing, needs updating, to dull, boring. Don't like the fact that there's 2 single beds, prefer a double bed. Realy don't like the blankets, they look cheap and old |
