Opening hours swimming pool Restaurant was closed Website not up to date So we went to a luxurious hotel during easter with a closed restaurant and a closed pool. How ridiculous is that? On Easter monday the pool had the same openong hours as on a sunday, but the breakfast hours where shorter because it was a monday like any other.. Where is the logic in that?

Opening hours of facilities very inconvenient . Could use spa, swimming pool and roof terrace once during our stay. Twin bed instead of double bed was rather unsatisfying. Limited choice of room service.

Location, location, location! 200m from Central station, lots of places to eat and drink in the immediate area, 20 minutes walk to the old town and river via the main shopping street, and only 3 minutes walk to the zoo, located right behind the station.

While the room we asked for was non smoking, and was signed as being that, we believe that it had been a smoking room and had not been re-decorated since so some of the smell was still present. However, the room was great so it is only a minor item. The hot dishes at the breakfast buffet weren't that hot unless you waited for a new batch to be delivered. However, as above, this was minor as breakfast was generally very good.

The Room was a little chilly (5080, However on check out they said they were having a few problems with the heating...So i would expect this to be fixed very shortly

Big room with nice view over the placa. New and fresh hotel. Garage in the basement, same price as other though.

I was looking forward to a Sunday in the spa, but the spa closed at 11 am!!! With I think is way to early! So because of that (if you are looking forward to a relaxing sauna and swim afternoon) I would not go back.

We had a spacious room that was very clean and very well isolated against street noises. The hotel is situated in the very city centre, at a one minute’s walk from Antwerp central train station in the Jewish quarter.

The directions to reach the hotel by car as given on their website are incorrect. Also they say it is not necessary to reserve a place in the car park, but on arrival we were told it was full and we had to find a place to park ourselves. Wellness and swimming pool have restricted opening hours, which is not mentioned very clearly. Payment in advance with a deposit of € 50 on top is demanded if you want to pay in cash. We were given a room (#325) next to the elevator which can be heard loud and clear at all times. When we returned to the front desk to ask if we could change they told us very rudely that all rooms were occupied. I checked then on the hotel’s own website and found 18 rooms of the type we booked were available at that moment. When we confronted the quite unfriendly receptionist with this he gave us the key to another room without even mentioning that room had to be reached through another elevator. When we finally managed to find the room, it turned out to be a much smaller room than the one before. We decided to leave it at that, as they clearly didn’t want to give us a better room. The shower (in the bathtub, very hard to regulate precisely) didn’t conform to what I’d call 4 star standard and one expects softer towels than the ones they provided. Also a water cooker is more or less to be expected in a room in this class of hotel. Finally the pillows were small and there was only one spare pillow available in this double room.

Everything was ok

I booked a room that don t request any deposity, however when i arrived at the hotel they did charge me for one room in advance and they told me that I booked a room that request pre payment and was not true.

Depite the higher price, I chose it for the wifi and the gym. Alas, the wifi wasn't working. The gym had limited opening hours. The safe it the room wasn't working and the staff were less than helpful. Save your money for some other hotel.

Breakfast, but should have catered for vegan and gluten/wheat allergy people. Beds are really comfy and room was large enough. Despite a lot of people, corridors were quiet at night. Close to train station and tube .

1.The confusion with the different lifts ( ascenseurs) 2.Le panneau en francais pres des ascenseurs a une faute d'orthographe . On ecrit "ascenseur" avec un s , et non pas "ascenceur" avec un c.

Very nice rooms. A lot of comfort. Luxury... Super breakfast...

the badges to use the elevator and to enter the room, do not work properly... we had to try several times to have them worked and lost a lot of time before the elevator worked and could enter the room. That's a pitty. We had 2 badges and the two were giving a lot of difficulties.

The staff was friendly and serviceminded.

PRICE but i rich anyway

The hotel website advertises spa and health services. When I booked a massage beforehand, I was told that the massage salon is right next to the hotel but not in the hotel itself. Eventually, the massage salon was a cellar apartment 1km away from the hotel. Also, they had booked the timing wrong and thus they didin't have enough people to massage us at the moment. When we returned back to hotel and complained to staff, their reply was that they had not been working on this case so it was not their fault. This is not the thing that a customer needs to hear. My wish is that the hotel stops advertising itself as a spa and beauty treatment hotel with massage service etc. As this advertising was one of the main reasons for me to choose this hotel, I became very disapponted.

Well, why not but I would let them know that they should not count on the spa services they advertise.

The family junior suite was massive and great value for money as our rate included breakfast? Porters were very efficient and very good level of service. Breakfast was excellent and staff here were again very friendly, courteous and efficient.

The check in was extremely poor. We travelled with parents who had a second room but we were told both rooms were not available til 3pm when it was only the family room that was not available until then. The receptionist charged me twice for the room and also my parents even when I asked them to double check they had not charge twice for the second room. This was only corrected on checkout. There was no apology and I think the reception staff were the worst I've experienced.

No critics, all was perfect. Nice large rooms, good prices
