Location No restaurant in the hotel. Only one restaurant nearby and expensive I have been in cleaner hotels
Modern and clean rooms, good bed and sufficient facilities for this type of budget. It was very quiet (in early September). I recommend it for a couple, since the shower door directly leads to the bedroom... And for people with a car, since it's not so close to public transport (unless you don't have heavy luggage and don't mind walking). Not far from a big commercial centre. If you plan to visit the centre of Brussels, you can't walk there but it's fairly close to the Stalle tramway station (line 4), which has a big free parking, and reaches the centre in about half an hour. I definitely would come back next time I go to Brussels.
Minor remarks : pillows are a bit too small. It would be good to have another "floor towel", to put outside the shower, when the floor gets wet. The toilet door should have sound softeners, because it was banging loud when shutting. Too bad the wifi connection is not constant, and it disconnects you automatically every few minutes of inactivity (you can't get email alerts in that case).
Hotel was ideally situated for were I needed to be. Only really needed a bed to sleep and shower to change, both were clean and tidy. Budget hotel ideal
Staff (night auditor) was very helpful by telephone and good c/I and c/o, Wifi and security.
Parking cost, cleaning (dirty shower, and one bed with hairs) housekeeping supervisor should be more attentive with this situation
LOCATION IS VERY GOOD IF YOU HAVE A CAR, NO BIG TRAFFIC, CAN REACH THE CITY CENTRE IN 15MIN VERY CLEAN ROOM, NOTHING BROKEN OR OLD WE HAD A GOOD REST, COMFORTABLE BEDS, THERE IS A COMPUTER IN THE RECEPTION AREA, WHICH YOU CAN USE 24H
THE SMALL FRIDGE WOULD BE NICE, TOWELS COULD BE A BIT LARGER
Good value for money
The location easily accessible and hotel seemed good quality initially.
I booked 2 rooms in the hotel and one of the room's A/C was not working at all. It was almost impossible to sleep as opening the window caused lots of flies to come in and had sleepless night. Asked staff at desk overnight who was rude and shouted at us for reporting and said they knew that room's A/C was not working and they cant do anything about it. He took up front payment as well and was very unprofessional.Try to reach manager who was unavailable. Will never book here again.
Located in the middle of a neibor , far from the point of interest , internet very bad signal.
The price was good. The room was clean. Easy access to Brussels by bus and by train.
The room was small
Room clean and comfortable
Poor internet. Never able to connect. Half of the vending machines broken.
The price is really good
The hotel was crowded
Far to center.just with car
Easy access in and out Brussels
Breakfast room was overcrowded with a school group
Clean and super functional. Shower head is strange in that it lights up different colours with water flow. 1 good pub in the area.
Little of the beaten path with a 10 min walk from the train station.
Good location; clean rooms; functional; comfortable beds
Rooms are a little small; breakfast is a little sparse and breakfast area crowds easily; WiFi is barely useable when hotel is busy
Very basic, clean hotel, friendly staff, 10 minutes walk to the train station from where you can reach Brussels in just 7 minutes, in a quiet area.
Annoying WiFi where you must log in each time you make a short pause. Also low WiFi signal in the room.
Very basic, clean hotel, friendly staff, 10 minutes walk to the train station from where you can reach Brussels in just 7 minutes (train Mon-Fri every 15 min, Sat-Sun every 30 min, 2 € one-way), in a quiet area. There's a super restaurant nearby (Babbelaar) where we were going on dinner every evening after returning back from Brussels.
Annoying WiFi where you must log in each time you make a short pause. Not many electrical outlets (just two outlets for charging two mobiles, two camera batteries and for one shaver).
Made me pay double for breakfast even though in retrospect it was paid during the booking (I was still waking up and wasn't in the mood for an argument and just paid). Pay for parking at the hotel, pay for breakfast... could have booked a better hotel with this inclusive at same price. Sloppy reception. Ridiculous expensive breakfast for the choice you get.
Basic and clean
Bathroom facilities did not have its own room
Wifi access : impossible
WIFI was awful and bedclothes were derby (with someones hairs)
Near to the train station and wifi.. Quite place
Not many restaurants, room too small
Michael is superb at professional customer service.
Easy access to transport Friendly staff Clean enough Wifi
Staff was 3-lingual and friendly. Room is as you expect and the whole place was neat and tidy.
I was lucky to find a parking place in the street (in a living quarter so with a low car theft risk). On such a remote location most people will be arriving by car so the car park fee is absurd, as when the locals get home the street is full with cars.
