Nice staff, rooms good Advertised that the reception was manned 24 hours but we had to wait 15 minutes to gain entrance at 3 o'clock in the morning this was worrying as we thougt that we had been locked out and would have to go else where to sleep. |

Card entry for lift, electrics, etc. - excellent idea, very smooth and efficient Breakfast pricey to a uk resident. Converting back to pounds made it nearly £20 for coffee, toast, cereal, scrambled egg and fruit juice, for two people. |

Ligging ten opzichte van het centrum Kortrijk De matrassen zijn veel te hard het is net of je op een plank ligt. Verder zijn de prijzen van de horeca in Kortrijk centrum extreem hoog. Frites plus Steak zonder groente of saus voor 27 euro is erg veel |

Vriendelijk ontvangst, mooi hotel en lekker in het centrum Het snoer van de fohn! Ik weet niet hoe iemand met zo'n kort snoer haar haar kan föhnen. Er was geen ander stopcontact in de badkamer en in de kamer zat het in een hoek waar geen spiegel was. Bij navraag bleek dat dit wettelijk verplicht is I.V.M. gevaar. Ongelofelijk..... |
