Close to Kortrijk train station 200 meters and only another 3 minuets from center of Kortrijk I can finish all my schedule in shot time

I would prefer to have better room location since I booked around 5 days before my arrival.

Prices were excellent for the stay. Friendly staff. Value for money. Competitive prices. Free wifi access

Price of breakfast was unacceptable and therefore we did not use this restaurant. No car parking at the hotel. Basic budget hotel. Parking was 6 euros per night at nearby underground car park.

The most thing attracted me to Kortrijk the city architecter, design is very good.

We did not like the young people running around in the hall way's, they did not show any respect for other customers.

The access as a wheelchair user was very good. Large room and good level access.

The staff were in need of customer relations training, hardly a warm welcome. Some facilities offered were not available. The heating in the rooms was not suitable for a cold weather stay as the room was always cold compared to the rest of the hotel. We had a meal in the hotel dont bother it was microwave cooked and the bread was mouldy when I complained I was told I could eat the pie.

High quality at the right price

Staff were really welcoming and helpful, food was budget conscious and good value for money. Rooms were kept clean and welcoming. Brilliant place, will book to stay again.

Not directly about the hotel, but as there is not a designated hotel car park, you must park on the main road outside or in a public car park. Not ideal but tolerable.

It is in the center of the city.

No possibility to make tea or coffee in the room. In the weekend young people go out till 6 in the morning and make a lot of noise.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Ibis. The rooms are small, but every inch counts. It is spotlessly clean, no smell of smoke, and no smell of a coverup spray to hide the smoke! The bathrooms are large enough so you don't feel crowded. The bed was comfortable. The front desk staff spoke excellent English. It was extremely quiet with good soundproofing. Everything was very modern with lots of shelf space.

There is a slot by the door to put your cardkey in. Without it, the lights don't work. But when you DO put it in, the television comes on. This is truly annoying. The free wifi didn't work. There is a 45 minute satisfaction guarantee for the hotel, but apparently it doesn't count for the wifi. I complained for two days and had to use my computer in the downstairs lobby, which meant no videos and no sound, and definitely no Skype. They made lots of excuses like it works for everyone else, and the IT guy comes later today, and stuff like that. The computer connected but lost the connection after about two minutes. It worked fine in the lobby, so it wasn't my computer. What was more annoying was the attitude of the front desk: "Why are you telling me this?" As a computer technician, I think that the same technology that makes the rooms so quiet also blocks the wifi. They simply need to put out more routers.

Rustig, fraai gelegen hotel, voor € 9,50 parkeer je de hele dag 100 meter verderop. Zeer uitgebreid winkelcentrum. Prima personeel, ontbijt prijzig, maar uitgebreid genoeg

Gehorig hotel, je hoort elke toiletspoelbeurt, traploper en gesprek van de buren. Uitzicht van 2 meter op de kamer, dondekere kamer, wel met airco, dat is prima

Ik bleek voor 2 personen gebookt te hebben terwijl ik 1 persoon aangegeven had op jullie site. In de lift stond aangegeven dat het ontbijt 9 euro zou zijn, maar ik moest 14 betalen.Mijn collega had precies hetzelfde probleem.

badkamer was klein,maar de douche was ruim,geen gratis parking!! bed was aan de harde kant.
