I like that the Hotel was close to everything. For example- Close to Park, close to downtown, and close to shopping. The breakfast was really good and the hotel bar was nice! At night a little loud from young adults riding skateboards across terrace and Noise from local pubs...

As a solo traveller this was ideal. The room was small but ideal for one person. It was nicely designed to create an air of spaciousness and was spotlessly clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I was overlooking the market square and it was a very quiet location within a short walk of the Meir shopping street, near central station and also near the Groenplaats. There were some lovely restaurants nearby. I will definitely stay there again.

seemed newly done or renovated. staff was courteous. was very much close to the main spots in the city quite small rooms, no parking in the campus. But these are the price you pay for a low cost option. the parking was nearby in a paid garage so that was nice

Rooms and restrooms were freezing. Heater was not working. They change my room and the situation was the same. When I said that rooms were freezing and heating not working, they asked if I would like another blanket... (?!?!) they should open only from March to October. Staff not helpful at all.

I only liked the location of the hotel. The room was really small. It did not have a wardrobe. The room was tidied up regularly, but the floor was not taken care of.

Close to the city center in Antwerpen (about 15 min. walk) and to the central train station (also about 15 min walk). Room was pretty small and the bathroom was even smaller, also the heating-system in the bathroom was kind of interesting, it worked with a fan heater in our room.

Fairly central and convenient for shopping and nightlife. Not very well internally soundproofed. A noisy hotel internally in the evening-noisy pipes, guests returning to their bedrooms at midnight onwards disturbing our sleep. The bathroom is minute. Dodgey air conditioning. Not value for money. The 14 euro breakfast is too expensive and we were able to eat out in the morning in the city for half the price. We will avoid staying there in future.

The gentleman who was in charge of the bar was excellent. He made us feel at home and the service that he gave was superb. He was friendly and gave excellent service. After reading write ups about the service in the bar at this hotel we were really pleasently suprised and would like to thank the gentleman for his attention and excellent service.

The location is great, room was clean They said that did not charged me, although they had to do it when I booked and it was written. I could not check my credit card account and I had to pay. It was uncomfortable, because I thought it was paid a month ago.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful. The room was very clean, spacious, well priced, and the hotel was located very close to the train station and to the main shopping district. The only complaint would be that the walls are a little thin. You can hear everything that is happening int he halls.
