Close to the city center in Antwerpen (about 15 min. walk) and to the central train station (also about 15 min walk). Room was pretty small and the bathroom was even smaller, also the heating-system in the bathroom was kind of interesting, it worked with a fan heater in our room.

Fairly central and convenient for shopping and nightlife. Not very well internally soundproofed. A noisy hotel internally in the evening-noisy pipes, guests returning to their bedrooms at midnight onwards disturbing our sleep. The bathroom is minute. Dodgey air conditioning. Not value for money. The 14 euro breakfast is too expensive and we were able to eat out in the morning in the city for half the price. We will avoid staying there in future.

Good central location . Good central location. The breakfast price of 14 euros was too expensive with not much choice of hot food. Therefore we ate out after the first day at a much cheaper price.

Great location and reasonable price for the room Breakfast & bar snacks very over-priced. Sound insulation is poor and can lead to disturbed nights from people talking in the corridors

The gentleman who was in charge of the bar was excellent. He made us feel at home and the service that he gave was superb. He was friendly and gave excellent service. After reading write ups about the service in the bar at this hotel we were really pleasently suprised and would like to thank the gentleman for his attention and excellent service.

The location is great, room was clean They said that did not charged me, although they had to do it when I booked and it was written. I could not check my credit card account and I had to pay. It was uncomfortable, because I thought it was paid a month ago.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful. The room was very clean, spacious, well priced, and the hotel was located very close to the train station and to the main shopping district. The only complaint would be that the walls are a little thin. You can hear everything that is happening int he halls.

The hotel is located in a good position. Near the station, bur also near the centrum; so it is the ideal place where stay to visit the city. It has little room, but confortable and very clean. My judgement is very positive.
