The reception staff was nice
They didn t present room services, the wifi was nul
Great value for money. Nice bedroom, with all facilities
Location, it is a bit far from any metro station and from city centre.
Very helpful staff nothing was a problem even warming up some milk in the middle of the night for our little boy was sorted out almost immediately
The reception staff were extremely helpful, nice easy location for the Atomium
Mattress were oversize for the twin beds. Fell off when getting off in the morning.
THE STAFF REALY FRIEDLY AND EFFICIENT
Comfortable bed, quiet
Reception staff curt. No coffee/tea making facilities
From the moment I arrived the staff were all helpful and friendly, especially the gentleman on the reception desk. The hotel was clean with good furniture and a comfortable bed the shower and toilet room was beautiful an perfectly clean. The hotel was located very close - a 5min walk - from The Paleis 12 Arena where I was attending a Concert. It was also excellent value for money. It is a place I will certainly return to when next I visit Brussels.
The only thing I found wrong was it did not have a kettle, mugs etc in the room so one could make oneself a hot drink at any time in the day or evening - do hope they will put this right in the future.
Confortable Staff is nice Close to Palais12 (if you go to a music event) Close to Expo and very close to Atomium, you don´t need transport, just walk.
Quite far from the center, it´s not posible to go there without public transport
It is located close to the RING ROAD. WI-FI was excellent.
Noisy road, parking cost- I was led to believe it was free, no area to walk a dog. Room was really small for two people, the mattress kept shifting off the bed when you turned in bed.
Staff very obliging and efficient. Good choice at breakfast. 10 minute walk to Palais 12.
Speed of checking in Facilities Very good price Location to Expo buildings Helpfulness of staff Wi-Fi quality Breakfast choice
Nothing I can think of
Location for our purpose
No Tea or coffee making facilities in room. Very limited food menu. Very expensive. £200 for two rooms for one night!
Close to Expo, tram
Room pretty small, breakfast too expensive
Room Breakfast Location Friendly staff
I liked that it took me one minute to walk to the fair entrance I appreciate the staff helpfulness when it came to book a taxi or giving me an extra toothbrush (they also canceled two bottles of water from the bill as I didn't remember buying!)
The small mattress on the bed kept of sliding off the bed and by the time it was morning the bed was a mess The breakfast is just so and so: the coffee only comes from the machines and there is not a big varity of food
Good location Friendly staff
A little noise from airconditionning on the back
Closeness to my work and price.
Kitchen cutensils were not clean. I had a cup that lipstick trails and the forks were not clean. I asked for a change but even the new ones were not clean. The week after i stayed here again and it was again not clean. I guess it is better to eat at some other place. The wireless barely works at the rooms that are on the right of the entrance hall.
We stayed here for a night in August 2014. It was perfect for us - just off the ring road in the north of Brussels, so easy to get to. Nice clean, big family room with a double and two single beds and big windows overlooking the petrol station. Small bathroom was okay but tired - in need of a refit to give it a bit of zing! Great air con - slept well on a hot night! Friendly staff! On-site paid parking around the back behind a barrier.
Very near to Bus Stop Very near to Atomium, Mini-Europe, and other fun places Good Staff and very helpful
Wifi connectivity breaks sometimes Freshners Not Available in WC.
The friendliness and helpfulness of staff. The quality of the accommodation. Great room and facilities.
The lack of food options on a Sunday evening.
It was good value for money, straightforward rooms with all one needed, no frills. Good level of cleanliness. Breakfast was adequate, perhaps a bit more selection of cheeses and cold meats would have been nice. I'm sure Belgium has much to offer in that department.
The description of the hotel puts it within very close vicinity of the Brussels Expo which was the main reason for booking this hotel. However, it is only accessible through a bridge which is only open on large event days. So we ended up having to walk for over 1.5km with heavy exhibition materials. On one day we took a taxi who was quite angry at the short trip. The description should be clear about this lack of accessibility to the Expo on days where no large events are taking place
24 hour reception and bar. As I arrived at 11 pm to then be able to check in have a couple of beers and a pizza before bed was spot on !
This is an extremley run down industrial area. The most depressing location I have ever stayed in (and I used to live in Luton). But the hotels ok. How they can charge for parking I don't know it s not exactly the centre of Brussels.
Very convenient for Palais 12 where we went to see Elbow in concert.
Hotel a little tired and smelly on the corridors? Out on a limb for Sight Seeing except for the Atomium. Price charged by hotel on departure was 20Euro more than booking confirmation with Booking.com?! No explanation was given and didn't offer to guarantee the Booking.com price.
Perfect for a one night stay. Very easy to find from junction 7a of the Brussels ring road.
Restaurant was only serving pizza due to a lack of guests on that night. Not the most palatial of areas, but there are a couple of other restaurants nearby.
had a nice walk in the morning to Atomium
poor value for money, no free parking, small rooms
