It was one night only but the room was quite comfortable and the location of the hotel was very good (near to the station and not far from centre. Also, liked the fact that it was quite although very close to a busy street. the inside of the hotel corridors and rooms felt more like beeing in a hotel in a Greek island in the summer rather than a hotel in Brugge. Hother ad to pay for Internet, although Ibis in Brussels has it for free. |

Close to everything. And cloce to P. house. severel time it took very long before vi could have ouar room key, because the receptionist was talking in fhone. The staff were very helpful and friendly.It was central to the main sights of Bruges and easily accessible from the motorway. The rooms were rather compact with small windows. |

the location was great, rooms comfortable, staff accomodating no ice machines on the floors...you have to go to the bar to get ice and the person getting the ice informed me that if i did not return the glasses that hold the ice there would be a charge of 50€. |

The location of this hotel is its strongest seeling point as far as I am concerned. It is exactly where I want it to be and I look forward to coming back here in two years time. The hotel was fine for me and I have no complaints at all. Special thanks to the Receptionist who allowed me entry a couple of hours early (as I had asked only to have our luggage looked after and the lady very kindly offered to let us in to our room early as our room was ready). |
