The rooms had no iron or know way of making a cup of coffee

Had an incredible view of Sint-Salvatorkathedreel and the Belfry. Staff was very informative and friendly.

Someone had smoked in our room previously but that is not the hotel's fault - all their rooms are supposed to be nonsmoking.

Quiet, good location close to old town, parking good.

Very friendly and fun staff ( a good couple of jokes cracked), answered our every question during an efficient check in. Departure was just as well handled. Room was just about big enough and appreciated a good sized bathroom.

Noise was a problem leading to broken sleep, made worse by binmen turning up ludicrously early on the Monday morning. Being in a street-side basement room people walking past could look straight into the room, so had to pull the curtains at times.

For the price, I would expect better service.

Even a budget hotel should have a kettle, coffee and cups available in the room.

Liked the interior, silence, comfortable double bed, clean bathroom, range of channels on tv.

Too little space for family, even of three persons. Breakfast was not included in the price and was too expensive (14 €) compared to what was offered to eat.

Bar had good atmosphere with drinks at reasonable prices. Beer was excellent, both bottled and draught. Staff amenable to early check in. Comfy bed.

Everything was perfect for our trip. Your staff were very polite and the beds were so good we wanted to bring them home

Bathroom needed redecorating.

The location was great (5 minutes from the center) and the beds very comfortable. The room was also very quiet and a good size, overall very pleasant.

The bathroom was a disaster. The shower door was not tight and in minutes of showering the whole bathroom flooded, additionally there was no ventilation at all and after 2 short showers the ceiling continued to drip throughout the night making everything wet. We ended up using all the towels to mop up the water but were still left with puddles.

Good location, car parking under the hotel, pleasant staff good value.

The room was very small for two people.

Excellent location near shops. Very comfortable rooms. Very fast free wifi. Allowed us to check in early at 10.30 as room was ready. English tv channels. Smoking rooms available for those that wish to book one ( no smell and imaculately decorated in our room even though it was a smoking room ).

Wonderfully situated near the city centre, easy to get to by car then walk around the city at leisure. The rooms are a bit on the small side because the building used to be a Nunnery many years ago, the only drawback was the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The staff were friendly polite and multilingual however Breakfast is not worth having at 14 euro each. I would recommend this hotel.

We were given a twin room in the basement (which was a bit smelly of drainage) instead of the double we'd reserved, but this was quickly dealt with and we were put in a nice double on the third floor
