Hotel Ibis Brugge Centrum  

It was comfortable at a reasonable price. The situation was as the name suggests very central which was what we wanted. Car parking was convenient and secure.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. The position of the W.C. in the bathroom of our room was awful for a tall person (which I am) I had to sit across the bowl rather than straight on and it was not good!

Superb staff, very calm, efficient and helpful during a very busy evening period. Great location.

The staff were very helpfull and friendly and it was ideal for visiting Brugge

There was no coffee / tea making facilities in the room had we known we would have brought our own. The tv would not show english programs as stated in the room

Very basic, not really worth the money.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, as it was very close to most of the important sights in the city. Also being located on one of the main arterial roads of the city, it was very approachable, especially from the railway station. The room was very comfortable, with all the standard facilities to make for a pleasant weekend break.

It was very good located in the city centrum, and reception stuff were really friendly.

The hotel was very clean however when I got there they gave me a very dirty, usen room. It was horrible mistake. Previos customers' garbage was still there and bathroom was full of dirty stuff, u know what I mean. And they were just sorry about that situation they did nothing for my convenience.

The hotel was low cost, not the cheapest, but being a chain you knew what you would be getting. Clean, simple rooms, with most things that you need comfy bed, bath (small but enough for one), tv (with english channels).The hotel is in a good location (only a 5 min walk to the Markt, on the door step to various other sites and has a small super market over the road. Also very easy to find by car, the street its on is signposted from the train station area.

Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room would have been nice. I know these add to the cost and without them is the reason the hotel is cheap, but at around £55 per night, its not exactly a bargain basement price.

all was correct

Ideal location for walking anywhere in Brugge with reasonbly priced secure underground parking adjacent to the Hotel. Rooms compact but comfotable and fair value for the price. Staff very helpful and obviously well trained. We asked for ice and wine glasses which we could take to our room which was supplied immediately with a smile!

Whilst the Breakfast is if good quality with a fair selection it is a pity that the price of 14 euros seems on the high side compared to other budget chains of Hotels.

A very simple yet nice hotel in a great location. Staff was extremely friendly, 24 hour service at the bar, good food, Breakfast was good vfm. Rooms are small but functional.
