It was comfortable at a reasonable price. The situation was as the name suggests very central which was what we wanted. Car parking was convenient and secure. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. The position of the W.C. in the bathroom of our room was awful for a tall person (which I am) I had to sit across the bowl rather than straight on and it was not good!

Very convenient location, pretty close to the Belfry and other touristic attractions. The receptionist was very friendly. Breakfast at 14 euros was really expensive. There are much better options nearby for having a nicer breakfast at a more reasonable price.

The style of the hotel was very pleasing in all aspects that we wanted from our stay in Brugge, the staff were so good, the hotel had all we wanted and very clean, we had just arrived from a 4 day stay in Paris and the ibis hotel we used there was very very poor, dirty and the hotel had building work going on that we were told about, we also had room servive from the bar and were given paper cups for our coffee !!!, so it was a real treat to arrive in Brugge to a 10 out of 10 Ibis !!. my wife and I would come back and would reccomend it to others. The only small point was the pillows are a bit hard and lumpy.

The hotel is superbly located in central Bruges. It has a lift, which is nice after having stayed in tiny hotels without it, no need to break your back going up 5 floors! :) the staff was very helpful, provide dus maps, helped us with finding restaurants and avoiding the tourist traps. They spoke excellent English and French. Large left luggage facility, free of charge, which is very good whe you don't want to leave Bruges too early. We haven't tried the breakfast or bar, cannot comment on this. Open 24/7. Positive stay. Take bus Number 1 from the train station, it stops right in front of the hotel, across Carrefour Market. We didn't know this and struggled with wrong bus at night, dragging our luggages accross dark parks. Which was fun though! ;-) Rooms and corridors could do with a little bit more charm, but then again it is a chain hotel, standard comfort, no bad suprise:)

Always good value for money at Ibis, no frills basic accomodation but cheap, clean and close to all attractions. We stayed in a newly refurbished room which was fine. We will always return to Ibis when we need to. Staff always helpful and cheerful. Good hotel The room we were in I think was next to the boiler room we had a humming noise all night which was a little annoying, if you are a heavy sleeper it will not bother you. The price of the breakfast remains at 14 euro which is way too expensive, Ibis you should really look to reduce this as many people like us just go out into the town for brekkie, which delays check out time and means your staff cannot get to clean the rooms early! Just a suggestion!!

Clean,comfortable room. Pleasant view out on to the street.Central location. Quiet.Helpful staff who allowed us to check in early. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel as it cost 14€ per person. You can buy breakfast at cafés nearby for less than 5€ per person;

It was very conveniently situated with an underground car park just next door, and the main tourist areas an easy walk away. The staff on reception were extremely friendly and helpful. They spent a lot of time finding a local vet and arranging an appointment for our dog, so we could get his Pet Passport stamped before setting off back to the uk. They even checked later that we'd got everything sorted. Our twin room was very clean and the beds comfortable. We didn't bother with breakfast as it seemed very expensive. Instead we found a very good cafe a few metres up the road with a very good range of snacks.

Ideal location for walking anywhere in Brugge with reasonbly priced secure underground parking adjacent to the Hotel. Rooms compact but comfotable and fair value for the price. Staff very helpful and obviously well trained. We asked for ice and wine glasses which we could take to our room which was supplied immediately with a smile! Whilst the Breakfast is if good quality with a fair selection it is a pity that the price of 14 euros seems on the high side compared to other budget chains of Hotels.

Good location very comfortable room. We had to wait several hours to get parked in the nearest underground car park. I expected that as a hotel guest I would have a place in the car park reserved. As the car park was not available we had to park our car some 20 minutes walk away, Not good if you have any walking problems. No assistance with luggage for example.
