food... not much of vareity... but it was surprising that i got Rice and chicken curry... shuttle buses from airport stops at 10 am... so i got spend for taxi..... break fast is expensive..., i dint take that though....

The new beds are extremely comfortable The shuttle service is slow and irregular. The staff at the restaurant/bar are exceedingly rude and inhospitable.Each order I made I was treated as if I were a thief and requested immediate payment prior to being served. I was done in a very rude and abrupt fashion and I was extremely disappointed.

- The hotel room was clean, comfortable and well maintained - The building is modern and looked attractive - Staff was helpful and cooperative - Enough parking space available for cars - Near the airport and highway - Rooms were too small for a family with children - The extra-bed mattress was not very comfortable to sleep on - The food available in the restaurant, was completely different than what was being advertised in room menu or lifts

The location of this hotel near to the Airport. We booked a room at this hotel at a special price (52 Euro) that was on offer at the time, but I will never, ever pay 119 Euro (the normal price for a double room in the ibis Brussel Airport) for a room so cramped and without a minibar, usually a normal hotel-facility at the ibis-hotels. But if you can get it at the discounted price we payed for it, I suppose it is fine.

The booking web-site was misleading about which airport the hotel was close to. I found out once I got my booking confirmation that it wasn't near Charleroi airport and Ibis refused to transfer my booking to another Ibis hotel that was close to the airport we needed.

Close to the Brussels Airport. But shuttle bus connection only or taxi. Comfortable bed (I believe, a standart for ibis) It's far enough from Digem station - about 1.6 km by road. The room was not clean enough, a lot of dust. Strong smell of antiseptics. Breakfast for extra payment. So quality/price of this hotel is not so good.

Comfortable bed, clean room & bathroom, within walking distance to train to/from Brussels center, free airport shuttle in the morning and evening. There are also local buses that run between the airport and the hotel (e.g. 272) and that are a cheap way to get there outside shuttle service. Overpriced food & drinks, very little space in the room (although this is expected from Ibis hotels).

The bed is comfortable Don't go on Sunday as the hotel is highly understaffed. It was not possible to have dinner or even a sandwitch in a decent time.

Fairly good all round mid to budget priced hotel. Good service in restaurant and very wide range of TV channels. Uncarpetted floor in bedroom showed dirt very easily. If it had been carpetted the small amount of dirt would not have shown but I'm not sure if that's good or bad. No tea and coffee making facilities in room.
