Service in the restaurant is quite fast. Room is clean and big. Hotel is located 'in the middle of nowhere' but quite close to the airport, the railway station is within 10min by foot. Even been turned off (I stayed there in October), air conditioning in the room generated noise all the night. The free access to the Internet would be good. |

It was conveniently located to Brussels Airport for an overnight transit layover before an international flight, and it provided a very efficiently run free airport shuttle service with a trip every 30 mins. The room was comfortable, clean, and pleasant for a brief stay and can be recommended for 3 star service. The "wardrobe" [not really a proper wardrobe] would not be adequate for a longer stay. Staff provided wrong information about the hotel's Happy 20 online promotion offer. The website offered a significant discount if the booking was made at least 20 days in advance, but a phone call to confirm details contradicted what was on the internet. I was told the special rate was only for day use of a hotel room with checkout time at 6 pm, and I ended up booking a room at the higher rate. However on follow-up query the hotel did make the necessary correction without issue. Nevertheless, such a mistake should never have been made in the first place. Perhaps the problem is that hotel staff need to be kept in the loop about online promotion offers. |

Absolutely nothing. My colleague and I had to check out 24 hrs early. We asked the staff for either A) a refund or B) a credit (I'll be back in Brussels next week).Our request was met with indifference and ignored. |

le Mr. qui m'a répondu au tél. et le même qui m'a accueillie à l'arrivée était disponible, charmant alors que j'étais très paniquée à l'idée de ne pas pouvoir prendre mon vol pour aller voir ma fille à Montréal vu ce qu'il se passait à Zaventem;le télétexte était dans le salon qu'on puisse suivre l'évolution de la situation;la navette gratuite qui vous conduit le jour de votre départ est un service appréciable; les chambres "fumeurs" ne sont pas désodorisées; ca sentait très fort le tabac froid dans la chambre, odeur désagréable même pour un fumeur |

het was voor mij een noodoplossing (avondvlucht-ochtendvlucht) en het viel w el mee maar je eergert je toch als je ziet dat er nauwelijks Nederlands wordt gesproken. het is bovendien erg duur voor wat het biedt |

Havaalanına yakın. Saat 11:00 ile 16:00 arasında Otel Havaalanı servis saatleri yok. Sorduğunuz zaman bir saat sonrası söyleniyor ki beklemeyesiniz. Sizde Taksi çağırıyorsunuz halbuki otelin karşısında Otobüs durağı var. Otobüs saat ve duraklarıda otelde verilse bu otel mutlaka Havaalanı amacının dışında da kullanılabilir. |
