A great place to stay overnight before your flight from Charleroi - quite close to the airport, nice new hotel and nice personnel who are very helpful. Great bed, clean brand new sheets and perfect room condition + nice roof windows in my case. Bar and vending machine downstairs offer snacks and drinks 24h (both selling beer). No or little information about airport-hotel shuttle service - we arrived and had no idea how to get to the hotel (lucky for us there was their taxi for a fixed rate of 12 euro). Vending machine may steel your money - in my case, after pressing some unknown botton, the amount of money already thrown in decreased by 1-2 euro and this money never came back! )

Was comfortable , staff were friendly, was nice and cheap..wouldnt go as far as luxuary but thats becuase its a budget hotel. you get your moneys worth anyway. That they did not tell me they were holding £250 on my bank account! They also said the money was going back in instantly and its still not there! I am very angry about this as i dont have any other money in my bank account and need it put back in asap!

I decided to stay at the hotel because it was close to the Charleroi Airport for which I had an early flight to take: There were many things that I did not like about my stay there. First, the shuttle from the airport which was part of the description of the hotel was not operating as I expected. Calling the hotel, they sent a taxi for which I had to pay extra. This was not clear on booking.com web site. Secondly. We wanted to have a dinner at the hotel restaurant which was supposed to be open until 22:30. When we went there at 21:15, the staff told us the restaurant had just closed because there was not enough customers. We selected this hotel towards the ibis budget as it had a restaurant and a shuttle service to the airport. In the end, these 2 services were not available.

El personal muy amable Que no tengan servicio gratuito de traslado al aeropuerto en todos los horarios en los que haya vuelos. Es un hotel de aeropuerto asi que ese servicio tendria que ser casi obligatorio

Rien de spécial à dire, établissement dans les normes de la chaine. Une option sur ma carte de crédit à été faite alors qu'ils ne mentionnent pas deprépaiement.....Pourquoi ?

Une chambre agréable, propre , sanitaire récent et spacieux Petit déjeuner varie mais cher. Malgré que l hotel ne demandait pas de pré paiement , nous avons été débite 8jrs avant notre arrivée En cas d'annulation ,je ne connais pas la pratique de l hotel.

Vriendelijk ontvangen ! Snelle liften, genoeg parkeerplaatsen! Fijn dat als het restaurant gesloten is en je hebt honger nog wel wat te eten kan bestellen. Jammer dat in het weekend het restaurant gesloten is. Ontbijt voor 13.50 voor wat je er voor terug krijgt aan de dure kant. Niet veel ruimte in de kamers.

Уютный, чистенький, новенький пластмассовый одноразовый отель, прекрасно, чтобы переночевать между рейсами. Хороший разнообразный завтрак за 13 евро Шаттл до аэропорта только по будням, по расписанию и только в одну сторону. Доехать из аэропорта высылают такси за 12 евро. на сайте это не указано
