Good staff, near train station, only from 15 minutes to charleroi airport by taxi and 1 hour to brussels on train

An excellent hotel with most service offerings well thought out with the tourist in mind. With a 24hr reception and bar, the whole of the hotel waits on you!

Easy to find

Close to train station making it straightforward for travel into Brussels centre (approx 9 euro return per person).Local bus terminus is a short walk from the hotel making transfer from the airport( approx 6 euro return per person) to hotel straight forward. Free Wi-Fi is very helpful.Staff at reception very helpful .

No facility to make a hot drink in the rooms.Breakfast is approx double the norm for a full breakfast and therefore you would expect it to be something special but its not. Other facilites that are normally provided free in hotels charging this rate per night incure a further charge eg hairdryer.

Quality of the room was not the best, but worths its price. Staff was perfect and very kind. Location is perfect.

Convenient location and there is a very good Italian restaurant right next door to the hotel. Besides, the hotel is straight across from the train station just in case you travel to Charleroi by train. Our room was nice and big this time. 2 years ago we had a room the size of a matchbox. My friend was unlucky this time and had a very very small room.

Breakfast is 13 euros which is way too expensive for what it is. Much better to walk into the city and have breakfast at one of the bakeries. The drain smelt whenever you ran the tap in the sink.

It's very handy...just opposite of the train station.

It's a ripoff. It was very dissapointed. Way too overpriced for such place. Don't expected anything from the hotel. And please never order food from their menu, you'll be flabagestered. Breakfast is ok only but way too overpriced for 13euro.

Clean, quite. Minimum comfort. It's absolutely fine for the transit night.

The only thing that made us upset and it didn't apply to the hotel is that we pay for taxi from the Charleroi airport 35 euro. It's rather close and the price is absolutely unfair. If you order the taxi from the hotel going back to the airport it's 3 times less. Be careful.)

It was clean, quiet and the people working at the front desk were friendly and spoke good English.

Just across the road from the train station - we had a late arriving flight so we prefered to stay here and travel on the next day Very clean room very good shower plenty of water. Comfortable bed

No breakfast included but you could buy one for about 13 euros which I think is quite a lot - we went to a cafe in the town.There are vending machines with drinks and chocolate bars. We both found the pillows too big

Very good staff

The room was very small but clean and good enough for our very short stay before catching an early morning flight from Charleroi. We asked them to arrange a taxi to the airport and it was 15euro. Overall, it was better than other hotels in Charleroi area.

Very helpful staff. Nice bathroom, comfortable beds. Good location just opposite the station. Really comfortable for those who have an early flight in the morning, because you can spend your evening in the city and be sure that in 15 minutes you'll be in the airport in the morning (a taxi costs 15 Eur.)
