Located nearby the station in Charleroi. Charleroi, once the centre of colemines and steal industry has developed into a pleasant city where economy is flourishing and "good life" is still appreciated. The city offers large pedestrianized centre with extensive shopping facilities and an imperssive structure of cultural attraction and sports stadions. Besides having the largest population of Wallonia, Charleroi is also the capital of comics. Comics statues are found all over the city and in the underground stations.

Friendly staff

The room was the smaller one I've ever seen: There was no place to left my suitcase opened! There are beggars and prostitutes in the surrounding area.

In immediate proximity of the railway station and some nicer parts of town.

When checking out, an extra 20 euros per night was added to my bill! I had booked a triple room, but then was charged 20 euros extra for the third person. They blamed this on the booking.com website and said they were thrying to sort out this glitch, but I thought it was an example of poor service. Likewise for the bar facilities:posters in the hotel advertise 24h service, this was hardly the case

-staff in restaurant is very slow and is not capable to write a dinner on a room number -the hotel is in a risky quarter (high risk of teft out of cars) - no hair dryer in the room

The staff were able to answer any questions about the town and getting around. The hotel is located ideally next to the main station and bus station and juust moments away from linking to the European motorway system.
