The hotel has a good position in the city and it is clean. I didn't like the fact that it was not possible to make coffie or thee in the room and that there was no fridge! |

The hotel was central with bus and tram stops outside. The Staff all speak English and were very helpful. The room was basic but the bed was really comfy. The price of the breakfast and the noise! Someone entered their room 5 doors down and it sounding like it was next door! |

First of all I liked the staff and its ability to solve situations that occured with a smile and great understanding. Secondly I very much enjoyed the very nice breakfast. The hotel is very clean and has a good bar with belgian beer ( I never used it but I heard other guests praise the bar :-) ). |

Room always cleaned nicely, liked the breakfast, and it was quiet. Everyone was friendly, hotel felt professional and lively, and I'd happily go again with others or on my own. If anything, the room heating and air con as I could not turn it down under 18, which is too hot for me (even in snow). Had to open the window for fresh air. |

nice lobby area and overall high quality service and looks.. good location for my meeting place and center.. it was noisy and you can hear other people outside in the late night and early morning.. as well as small noise in the room from airco? and room was quite small.. |

The location was good. The bar and reception area was nice for a 2-star. The room clean but small, shower was quite small but again it's a 2-star so don't expect more. Overall satisfied with this hotel. Hotel has it's own parking (not free). Shower is very small. Room is small. Rooms and passages can be a better insulated against sound. But this is a good 2-star. |

The location was very good. I have liked the hotel staff service and kindness. The room was confortable and quiet. Regarding the room atributed to me, I found the closet quite small, even for one person only. |

Everything was perfect: the stuff is friendly, a very good location, a good value for money, the rooms are tidy n clean The only strange thing was a sound we heard. This sound was caused by the tram (though our window was not facing the street) and gave an impression of a shaky building o_O |

The hotel is very close to the centre of the City and conveniently located near public transport. The room was of a good size and clean. It is also airconditioned. No mini bar or tea/coffee making facilities. |
