Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Cleanliness of the hotel.

The bar and dining area with regards to the staff. We had to wait over 20 minutes to be served and another 30 minutes for 2 drinks when the dining room only had 15 guests. They could also not understand english.

I liked my stay becouse it is central and very clean.the room comfortable and the breakfast good I recommend it to all ages solo travellers and couples and families

The location is perfect for a city trip. In less than 5 minutes you'll be in one of the main shopping streets. A tram stops right in front of the hotel (easy access from the train station or further to the city center). The room was clean and tidy.

The bed was not very comfortable and the bathroom was very, very small. Not for a long stay. Also, the walls are very thin and you can hear anything people say in the hallways when they get home late at night, or people closing doors at adjointing rooms. Breakfast is expensive for 14,- a day but you can easily skip those costs and get breakfast at the city center (a sandwhich shop is located at a 5 minutes walk).

Excellent service! Both from the Ibis staff, as well as booking.com staff. Ready recommend both!!

The bar and the bedrooms were both very good. Staff were friendly.

Lack of a cheap breakfast option. The menu for meals was too limited.

The hotel was kept clean, and is not far from the center.

The rooms were so very small as well as the bathrooms and showers.

Everything was just perfect. The Location is fantastic, just 5mins away from everything

If I had to criticize anything it would be that the buffet is way too expensive,

In de shower I saw some rubbers between de walls and the douchecabine with some funguses (black spots). They have to be changed of goed cleaned !

Generally acceptable but too expensive for service provided arrogant front manager treating guests as a nuisance when asking for consideration due to unexpected strike by public transport. we shall never recommend this hotel to anybody

The hotel's location was good and the room generally clean and comfortable.

I didn't like the fact that breakfast was not included in the price and that you had to pay an extra 14 euros per person. Not only that there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room again this is extra on the bill.
