The position

Too expensive, room pretty small. It is not bad but you don't get what you pay for, you just get less and pay more.

Great facilities and wonderful service for a very good price.

Helpfull staff. The location en de parking onder de hotel.

In de shower I saw some rubbers between de walls and the douchecabine with some funguses (black spots). They have to be changed of goed cleaned !

Generally acceptable but too expensive for service provided arrogant front manager treating guests as a nuisance when asking for consideration due to unexpected strike by public transport. we shall never recommend this hotel to anybody

Very clean, value for money, well equipped roomy, room. Underground car park. Excellent staff. Doorstep of Historic centre & shops. Tram stop at the front door. Good reception area & cafe bar facilities. You cannot beat this hotel for a trip to Gent. You can pay twice as much for an absolute luxury hotel for the same services and still not have parking facilities. Being English we had our travel kettle & little cool bag. I asked if our ice blocks could be put in a freezer, "certainly sir, not a problem".

Pleasant stay right in the centre of ghent close to all ammeneties

There is no tea & coffee facility in the room and also there is no room service!!!! There is no minibar also in the room , if you wish to drink any thing you have to be fully dressed and have your drink downstairs in the hotel cafeteria

Why do the room doors have a locking mechanism that means you have to partially slam the door in order that the door shuts properly. Not great when you are trying to sleep and other people are returning later in the evening.

The room I stayed was not so big but clean and confortable. Hotel staff was kind.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is good. You're in the center of Ghent with only 5 minutes of walking. The bar / lounge room of the hotel is nice with good prizes.

The shape of the bathroom is a bit tiny, especially with the toilet in the corner. It just isn't for very tall people. The check-in form is a bit absurd. They ask some silly questions on there that in my opinion do not have anything to do with your stay at the hotel. Especially if you're there for leisure.
