Wi fi was weak

The staff were faultless in their dealing with guests,security and location were very reassuring and the hotel was very clean and comfortable

Adjoining room allocated meant disturbed sleep due to loud guests next door

The bathroom was large and spacious The window opened, and also had a black out blind!

The room was very hot and we could not turn on the air conditioning

Next to Grand Place and Central Station for Public Transport. Lot of different Beer in the Restaurant and good sorted dishes!

The location of this hotel is superb - you are literally minutes away from the Grand Palace. The hotel is located in a lovely square which has loads of restaurants. I have stayed in a range of Ibis Hotels before and this is by far the best so far.

Location and price!

We couldn't turn on the fan to cool the room and it was quite hot, so we slept with the window open, which was a bit noisy.

The location is perfect as it is very near to Central station which both train and metro are there.

This is our second visit and was disappointed. Rooms are comfortable. Some city noise but this can be expected in a city. Excellent to trains and grand plaza. We were catching a tour which meeting place convenient to hotel.

Only one lift working one morning but at least it wasnt our check out period.

I like the location. Easy to go back hotel .

The room is too small. Hardly have space for 2. Luggages. There are also no fridge and can't even borrow an adaptor for my camera charger

The location of the hotel is really unbeatable. It's located at a small plaza besides the shopping passage, with the railway station at its back and the grand place one block away. The room is nice and clean. And there is also a bar & restaurant open 24h downstairs, making it very convenient to taste some belgian beer anytime u like.

Staff isn't really patient and helpful when we tried to ask some questions. And there is no coffee maker, not to mention coffee/tea provided in the room, while other ibis I stayed always have such facilities.

Price was right, really close to central train station, nice bar in lobby.

Extremely spartan, only two threadbare towels for two people, no washrags, had to use key to turn lights on.

Friendly staff. Alvaro in reception was very professional and spanish speaking we love him. Beds in the room good and bathroom good.

Room too small for two people, no place to hang your coats and not enough with space for clouths. Only paper cups to drink from. No minibar

The location was Fantastic!!! Close to the main attractions.

No small towels in the bathroom! Very basic, as every Ibis Hotel; don't expect anything extra to please you!
