Near Railway station and Grote Markt, Clean room, decent size. Noisy area in summetime because of partying people roaming the square behind the hotel and the streets in front up to 4 am. Closing the windows keeps most noise out.

Very nice large and clean room with perfect view on the Grand Place. Location is perfect because it is nearby all the most important things to see. Parking underneath, subway in the vicinity and railway station 5 minutes away. Very friendly staff.

Fantastic location for shops, daily parking next door, rooms and hotel very clean, helpful desk staff, good bar and breakfast facilities, free WiFi in lobby area. Beds were too firm.

Only the location and breakfast. Checked out after one night (having booked for 3 nights). Room ridiculously small. Staff disinterested. No tablet soap, tissues, or flannel. Awful value for money - will not use Ibuis again.

Very kind and polite staff, good location near Grand Place and Central station. Bsisides, you can find a lot of restaurants and shops near this hotel easily. If you stay at this hotel, you never regret for your any trips !! I recommend you this hotel. Only one thing I comment. If there is a mini fridge in the room, it was perfect.
