Location great. Clean, comfortable and welcoming.
No tea/coffee making facilities.
The walls were very thin. I was woken up by noise of house keeping and the room next door walking around on all 3 mornings from 6am on wards. Not great fir a holiday sleep in.
Close parking, right in the centre of town
The bar ran out of drinks every night
Good location for Grand Place. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms, though compact, were clean and comfortable. Couldn't ask more for the price; I would book here again.
Everything. Perfect location . Beautiful ,clean room. 4 English language channels. Great showers. Loved it.
Dirty , uncomfortable room.
Room was far to small as the ceiling sloped down. Staff were not rude but they were a long way from helpful or friendly.
Best location !
Should clean floor in the room ! Lots of dust
I loved the location. It was right by the Central Station and next to the main square. It is extremely convenient. The staff was fantastic. Extremely helpful. they get the highest grade. If you have booked your hotel in different days, yuo can leave the luggage at the hotel. They will keep there for you. It is fantastic. It happened to us. For example, we stayed there for one night and had to go to other places for several days and come back.and stay at the hotel again. Since we had many luggage they kept the luggages for us at the hotel. It was great since we did not have to carry ouur luggages with us.
location, cleanliness, price
we had a room on the 6th floor in which there was no elevator access. One had to go to the 5th floor and walk a flight. Not a problem except they failed to tell us that and originally they placed my elderly parents there which would have been difficult. So we switched rooms with them but would have been nice if they told us when we checked in. Other than that, great.
Location Service Clean reliable wifi
Size of room wardrobe No soap in the bathroom
Comfortable rooms though a little on the small side but was ok for 2 nights stay, very central for shops and tourist attractions all reachable within walking distance ,hotel can be difficult to find without some kind of satnav, parking is expensive but safe .
parking charges! no tea/coffee facilities
Great location, in the heart of the tourist area and minutes from the grand place and restaurants. Good breakfast.
Bar service was a little slow in the evening, but other than that no issues.
Its right at the bustling Grand place, which is the centre of all cultural activities at brussels. The staff is welcoming and helpful. It is value for money.
Twin room very small
£30 a night for this location and the standard of rooms was an absolute bargain, to be honest for this location i would pay a lot more!! Fantastic hotel in an amazing city Belgium....... Make space for me again I'll definitely be back!!
short walk to train station for eurostar passengers and very centrally located, Nice staff and reasonably priced rooms, very clean and pleasant decor,
Everything was good
Everything worked out well at this hotel. I would recommend for anyone traveling by train. The staff was very accomondating and helpful.
I loved this hotel because its location in the middle of historical places and nearby all facilities, and also cheap
Very central location, good breakfast
Very small rooms
The location to all amenities was excellent
Did not like having to call reception for towels and toilet paper. Also on the day of departure when I had a train and a plane to catch we were told by the receptionist we must wait while the window cleaner washed the glass doors I was not impressed
Great location, free and reliable wifi, clean and modern
location breakfast, but was not always refilled some staff friendly, other overworked
austerity of the room only one towel per person, only one chair per room really like for a strict monastic order air conditioning did not work the bath tub was clearing slowly, water up to the ankles while showering
