ideal if you're looking for something next to downtown The hotel has absolutely no parking, the 7 available spots are always full - in the age of digital tv and whatnot not one tv channel was watchable due to static 'snow' - the airco unit in the room kept on making bubbling water noises all night, even when switched off completely |

Good service, pleasant staff, nice room in a good location. Due to a weekend-deal: very good price. Better than most Ibis hotels. We liked the 24h-service (snacks and drinks). There is only a limited number of parking spaces (ca. 6 or 7). Might be a little bit troublesome if you are not among the lucky ones to get one. |

front desk staff very helpfull, friendly, courtious. cleaning staff needs training. very noisy in morning-talking in halls & turning on TVs with doors open while cleaning. They did not change my sheets for 10 days. I had to ask. |

slecht geisoleerd, als er iemand in de gangen sprak weerklonk het alsof ze naast ons bed stonden. midden in de nacht zijn er een bende hollanders binnen gevallen en die maakten lawaai voor een geheel stadscentrum van Hasselt. Om 5.50 h werd er op onze kamer gekomen door een frantalig koppeltje. wat bleek de recepionist(te) had en verkker kamer op de sleutelkaart ingevuld. Als excusse hebben we het |

Dat het dicht bij het centrum is, personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Goed verzorgd ontbijt genoeg keuze heel goed! Kamer viel tegen zeer oubollig niet meer van deze tijd , dit betreft zeer zeker de badkamer, het had een saaie ongezelige uitstraling in totaal! |
