It is in close proximity to many good restaurants. Fees for in-room internet. Offered breakfast seemed very expensive. The location can be very noisy until very early hours of the morning. People are out on the street partying away at the local bars and such. I rated the staff good (not excellent) because I requested a wake-up call and one was never received. I also had two very strange issues where the door to my room popped open (unlocked) on its own. I was inside the room both times and this was quite disconcerning. The doors use card keys and something would trigger the door to unlock. Very disturbing to say the least.

Very polite /friendly staff...nothing was too much trouble .excellent service The breakfast is very expensive...and because of this we ate out.ok for people that are going to claim it on expensis,but for people that are there on holiday I suggest if you halve the price you may get twice as many people eating in the hotel.

Pleasant and helpful staff. central location, relative pricing.( Hotels in Leuven are generally expensive for the standards and facilities provided.) Smell of sewerage in bathroom215 Relatively expensive compared to hotels in other cities I have used.

Efficient staff (very helpful, cheery), clean, neutral room in a good area near the medieval centre. We had booked a double room, but when we arrived there were only twins. The staff said that booking.com never tells them the difference between doubles and twins. If this is true, it was booking.com's fault. Their solution was to give us a triple room. This was satisfactory, except for the fact that it was on the street side of the hotel, and Leuven is a very noisy university town. So was this booking.com's fault or Ibis? There also was a problem with the lift throughout our stay. The staff quickly moved to fix it each time it stopped working and were calling an engineer in, so it was probably just a temporary problem.

Great location and very nice staff. No mini fridge even though ours wasn't the cheapest room. Also the room was quite small. Didn't get the tv working, but that was probably just my lack of effort :)

Very central location When our booking was accepted we should have been informed of the Annual Fair and that fact that we couldn't park at the hotel because the road was closed next day. It was very inconvenient having to drive some distance and walk back at 9pm after a long day's drive and having to get up earlier because of the need to move the car before 9a.M.

The young man at reception was very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The lighting, bathroom and shower were exceptionally good Room was quite small but we expected that in a city location. The parking was very narrow. Neother of these spoiled our holiday and they are not a criticism - just a comment

room is nice and clean, location is just next to the town center, and numerous restaurants are available around the hotel area. it's a bit of a walk (10 minutes) from the train station but pretty easy to reach the elevator was not working on the day we arrived, but they fixed it immediately, not a major dislike but it was quite annoying to be told to carry your luggage to the 5th floor through stairs

I was wecomed and the room was clean and will designed. The staff at the desk were very helpful. I try not to stay in hotels that charge for Internet and the hotel charges. For me, Internet is more important than a telephone. That is my second point, I booked on the web and therefore prepaid for the room. When I had to make an international call, I found my phone was blocked. I was told to come to the desk and present my credit card, then the phone would be unblocked. The call had to happen urgently so I used my mobile, at considerable expense. As a business person, I was not impressed.
