Very friendly staff and I was surprised that, being on my own, I was given a room with a kingsize bed. It also helped that they spoke to me in English because my Dutch is not good enough! |

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They were quick in responding to requests. While the cleanliness of the room was good there was an unpleasant odour in the bathroom. |

The rooms were small (as mentioned in other reviews) but clean and comfortable, including most basic facilities one may need. The breakfast was great. I had it because it was included in the price of the room but I don't think I would pay the 10 EUR for it otherwise... |

Very central positiion Had a very small room with single bed. Room was over the garage parking entrance and was very noisy. Other guests were talking in corridor until 2.30 hrs |

Cleanliness of room was excellent, particularly the shower and toilet area. Every member of staff I met during my visit was helpful and courteous. It was useful to have the breakfast facility where the food displayed looked appetising and was very fresh. The bed was just slightly on the hard side, but I was so tired after all my sightseeing round Brussels and Leuven, that I fell asleep immediately. |

The access to the town centre The parking was incredibly tight in the underground car park and we were pretty cheesed off to find a street market in the whole street in the morning (meaning having to bump up various kerbs and driving on the path). This was not made clear to us on arrival. |

La centralità Secondo noi molto caro: se si aggiungono le tariffe di colazione e parcheggio il rapporto qualità/prezzo è realmente scadente ... la camera inoltre, anche se ben pulita, era davvero piccola con letti scomodi. Ma cosa assai sgradevole sono stati i lavori che l'hotel stava facendo per ripavimentare i corridoi, sono sicuramente delle migliorie ....ma di solito alle 7 di mattina i clienti dormono!!! |
