Great position

The rooms need renovation, really small, old carpet, very expensive Internet, bad smell in corridors, not as clean as expected

The Location is excellent as it is directly in the City Center and you have bus, train and Taxi Station available. The staff was very friendly and helpfull.

Unfortunately they still have smoking rooms and use them also for non smoking guests. It smells horrible. The breakfast is horrible expensive (14 Euros per person) and They charge you 4.50 Euro for 1 hour WIF-FI Internet access. This is just unbelievable! (Just next to the hotel you can find a MC donalds with free WI-FI)

The hotel is located in center of Liege. St. Lambert square is just 100 meters away from the hotel.

Staff unprofessional and impolite: they blocked money as guarantee when we arrived. Then they lost the slip of the operation, so they blocked money also on my girlfriend's card. At the end I had to pay the total amount plus the guarantee because they cannot remove the block. When we complained about this the two receptionists got angry and told us "some time happens but now you have to pay!". It took us one week for recovering the money.

The location of this hotel is excellent.

This hotel is a reasonably-priced hotel in a good location in the centre of Liege. It is well-placed for shopping and sight-seeing, and there are good restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, and the staff are very helpful. I have stayed there before and would certainly stay there again.

It has all the advangages and disadvantages of being right in the centre of the city. The disadvanges include some early morning noise from traffic and street-cleaning vehicles, but this was not too bad and is to be expected in a busy city.

The location was in the middle of the city centre

They still use authentic keys (no keycards). The room was very old. There was a continuous no ice coming out of the bathroom (poor plumbing)

The rooms were warm and noisy

The hotel location is very good for access to Liege centre, restaurants and visiting the opera -especially when the opera house is restored. we foud the hotel staff cheerful, friendly and helpful.

Other peoples' room doors a bit noisy - but it is only a minor problem

Le bruit, la chambre très très petite, le petit déjeuner dans une cave, pas du tout aussi terrible qu'annoncé, la chambre était affreuse, le sanitaires pas franchement propres..
