Convenience. Friendly staff. Nice vew of Opera House. Ease pf parking. I made a toll free call and got charged $15 Euros. This is wrong and should not have happened. |

Great location, fairly quiet considering where it is. Staff very helpful. 14 euros for breakfast is too much - cafe next door lovely and much less plus have fabulous cafe au lait! |

Location very good, surrounded by bars and restaurants; very convenient for parking. Not at all noisy. Cafe next door was ideal for breakfast. Declined breakfast as it cost 14 euro each. When will they ever learn? |

Availability, price, clean rooms, breakfast at 6 am to start my cycling tour There was no airco and the window could not be opened. In hot summerdays it it quite warm in the room. A fan was provided. |

Situación El precio excesivo del desayuno. Y sobre todo la retencion de una cantidad mayor de dinero sobre la Visa , que el importe total de la estancia. En concreto, nos retuvieron 340€ cuando el coste total de la estancia era de 255€. No lo entiendo y desearia nos lo explicasen, Llevamos muchas reservas con Booking y nunca nos ocurrio lo de esta vez. |

Sa situation, en plein centre ville. Le parking public, payant mais avec tarif préférentiel (10€/jour), situé sous l'hotel, avec accès direct interne au hall de l'hotel. Pas de grosse surprise grace à l'appartenance à la chaine.Tarif préférentiel grace à Booking.com. En revanche, nous avons été très déçus par la ville de Liège. Rien de bien intéressant, sauf le nouveau musée, tous les monuments sont très sales et non mis en valeur, églises fermées l'après midi... Tarif petit déjeuner excessif (14€). La Maison du pain, rue St Michel, dans le quartier piétonnier, à 100m en face de l'hotel, propose un excellent petit déjeuner copieux pour presque deux fois moins cher. La salle de bain aurait besoin d'un lifting (Tain de la glace partiellement parti, traces de moisi sur tout le pourtour du caisson protégeant les tuyaux, pas de balais pour les toilettes...). Une seule serviette (de douche) par personne, au lieu d'une petite et d'une grande serviette par personne, habituelles dans des hotels de ce standing. |
