The hotel was just a 5 minutes walk, if that, to the Grand Place, yet in a nice residential area with fewer tourists. The Ste Catherine area had lots of bars and restaurants to offer, and was simply a nice area to spend the evening after spending the day in the center of town.

The towels were pretty flimsy and the bathroom quite small. However, these are not reasons to not stay at this hotel!

Loved the location beside rue neuve the shopping street & close to de brouckere Bus & Metro station. The Wifi speed was great & the room was spacious enough.

Although I was on the fifth floor but I could hear everything in the street starting with cars to people yelling & partying in the street at 4 am in the morning. I was very tired so I slept well but I guess under normal conditions this will be a problem.

No refrigerator and electric kettle on the room. Unreliable reception staff. We ask them to inform us if our tour guide would arrive early and they didn't do it. Also, it's noisy bec of the renovation on the floor that we are staying.

Very close to the center, walking 5 minutes and you're in the heart of Brussels. Wi-fi is very good. The rooms are clean, neat otel.

    Location is good.

Bath towels were so thin you could nearly see thru them.

no fridge. corridors slightly non-sound proof. doors open out into room. but honestly, nothing major

The location The bartender who was extra helpful

The receptionist who wasn't too friendly or helpful, specially because we didn't come from the same part of the world that she did. The rooms being very different from what is shown online. A little disappointing.

The hotel is typical Ibis. It was in a good restdential location ~ near a couple of nice squares, full of restaurants - 300m from Grand Place.

Nothing really; quite a good price for Brussels

It's so close to the centre and a short walk to the delirium and not far from the hard rock so perfect location for the night life nice burger in the hardrock then off down the street to the delirium for a nice 2 litre jug of delirium tremens amazing! The room is nice aswell

People who are picky and give stupid false reviews because they had ran out of toilet paper or something daft! I couldn't fault this hotel

Hotel in attractive, central district. Public spaces are open and modern. Rooms comfortable, good beds, showers etc. First rate air con, quiet. Good mirrors. More than adequate storeage space. First rate, friendly staff. Very good restaurants nearby.

Breakfast buffet was potentially good, but staff found it hard to replenish food and china, really due to the large groups staying at the hotel. Not the groups fault, probably more staff needed.

Perfect position to visit the city, 5 minutes away from the main square and 10 minutes away from the central station. Excellent wifi!

Only one towel per person and not big enough to use it after a shower

    1. good location; easy parking 2. comfy and clean

    1. charged me twice (possibly by mistake; already called to try to resolve the issue)

Reasonably friendly reception staff; great location; quiet

    Expensive breakfast; very uncomfortable beds; old decoration and furniture which needs renewing;

Central location, close to both restaurants and to the metro. Effective.

The bathroom is almost too small and sitting on the toilet is an act of agility, but it contains what you need.

Lots of restaurants, shops and squares in the area. 10 minute walk to main square and Central Station, where you can also catch the train to the airport.

Impossible not to flood the bathroom and room from the shower. Stall doors are ineffective. Lots of places nearby for breakfast if you don't want to pay the high cost for what you are getting.

The rooms are really clean, beds are comfy, and wifi was really fast.

The staff(night) wasn't really helpful. Rooms are small.

The location is nicely tucked in a quiet side street, but it takes only 40 seconds of walking to get to the main town square. Everything was clean, the staff were very helpful. The hotel recycles, which is fantastic. The bar/cafe in the lobby is a nice place to relax.

The heating/air conditioning is central, and was blowing cold air (turning itself on automatically at noon and midnight), while the weather was already cold (14 celsius). The staff tried to turn it up, but eventually had to give us a room heater.

Friendly reception. Very secure bike storage, in the office! That is going the extra mile to give service. Very good breakfast selection and comfortable beds.
