close to city centre.Very limited facilities in the room. Not value for money.

No coffee or hot water for drinks in the room. No tissue papers in bed room. Did not fill soap in shower room despite complaining (at reception) for 2 days.

Rooms are clean. Bathroom is warm and adequate towels are available

The fact that is located right in the heart of the city. The price is also a factor, but not so much as its location.

I didn't like the fact that the breakfast was so expensive. 14€ for a breakfast seem kind of steep. You could get a full meal for that price in many restaurants. The hotel should be cheaper then restaurants so people would prefer to have breakfast/lunch/dinner there.

The hotel is in the city center so it's fairly easy to reach any place within minutes. The Grand Place is at about 8 minutes walking and one can enjoy the bars and restaurants nearby. The area is part of the center so it's clean and safe but circulated allot. A great deal is that the metro station De Bruckere is just around the corner. The room is neat with clean bed sheets and bathroom as a typical standard for Ibis hotels. There's a luggage room very useful in case someone has a meeting and needs to leave some time after checking out.

The area is noisy, always hearing the cars on the road, even at the 4th floor. I witnessed without major efforts the climax of a sex affair from the neighbors above. The rooms are just small enough to hang one's shirts in an open wardrobe, but finally if the purpose of your stay is a work visit than the price matches the expectations and in the morning you wake up quite rested and well informed with bbc.

Very good location - close to major metro station and walking distance to Grand Place. Price also good. Room and bathroom was very clean. Service desk was very helpful. Hotel breakfast was good.

No major complaints. Room was rather small but sufficient for a young couple for few days. The bed and pillow were little too firm for me. Internet access in the lobby was quite cumbersome, especially for printing. Hotel breakfast was expensive.
