B&B Impasse De La Fidélité

Beautiful house, very welcoming and kind owner

It's a B&B but even so it was a bit uncomfortable to be in the owner's house. There's a separate annexe with two rooms, if I could stay there I would certainly book Impasse again - the owner makes every effort and the traditional architecture is fantastic, the roof in the salon is amazing.

Large room. Very good breakfast. Very nice house. Decorated with taste. A playstation 3 in the room ?!

Impression of leaving in the house of someone. The door of the rooms do not lock. One must leave during the day. Very bad first impression at night in front of the large black door were I though : "I had to stop for the night, there she stood in the doorway ..."

The bed & breakfast is run by two lovely Italian people who unfortunately don't speak English. French is their second language. There is parking in the street and the room is very romantic. The bed was very nice and the hygiene also. The breakfast was very nice and the coffee very good. It was strong and robust!

I stayed at the hotel 2 times over the last month.You will like it, if you are ok with staying in a family house. The owner is very, very friendly and I actually enjoyed the opportunity to improve my French. I also liked the way the house is decorated and the free WiFi is a bonus. The location is also fine, not really in the centre but pretty close. First I did not realise where the place is, so look at the address carefully as there are no signs outside of the b&B.

This b&b is located in Etterbeek, close to the eu quarters and Place Jourdan. The rooms are decorated with all kinds of small objects that for some can be annoying and for others pleasant. In fact you stay in a house of a family using one of their rooms. For those who want privacy, conveniency and functionality, than this is not the place to stay. For those who want to feel like home, than this is ok. The price was rather high (85 euros per night), but at that period (last week of November) and with a last minute booking, I couldn' t find anything cheaper close to eu quarters. The advantage of the place was the fast and free wi-fi, the flat screen with usb input to watch movies or listen to music from your usb-stick.

The daily breakfast was rather poor and without having the possibility to ask for anything else since there is nobody in the breakfast room. Despite this, there was orange juice, cold cuts, cheese, one day eggs, marmelade and else. One other disadvantage is that the owner doesn' t speak english so I had to guess what she was saying to me.

Petit déjeuner pitoyable, aucun choix, absence de produits frais, nourriture industrielle intégrale et qui plus est de très mauvaise qualité, c'est à la limite du scandale car pour notre part nous avons eu droit au beurre rance. Information mensongère sur la possibilité de parking, parmi les prestations mentionnées sur le site on laisse supposer que l'on a un accès parking privatif ce qui est faux, l'établissement dispose d'un emplacement unique sous un porche étroit. Dans le registre des curiosités on ne peut pas accéder à sa chambre entre 10h30 et 16h00, dommage si l'on veut se reposer après un tour dans la ville. éTablissement à éviter, le prix 110 euros/nuit n'est absolument pas en rapport avec les prestations proposées.

Très bon accueil. Grande maison au fond d’une impasse avec fleurs et verdure. Très jolie décoration.Chambre et salle de bain impeccables. Ce b&b comporte trois chambres de deux. Plutôt adapté pour couple sans enfants ou voyageurs seuls. WiFi inclus dans prix de la chambre et fonctionnant depuis la chambre. Proche ligne tramway 81 (25 mn de la gare Bruxelles Midi et 10 mn de la station de métro Merode). Quartier tranquille, résidentiel. Attention, b&b insoupçonnable de la rue, juste le nom sur la sonnette, bien noter le numéro dans la rue avant d'arriver. Bon petit déjeuner. La patronne me l'a gentiment servi à 7h00 pour que je puisse prendre mon train (alors que c'était un peu tôt pour elle). Très bon rapport qualité prix en comparaison des hôtels au même tarif.

A signaler l’absence de serrure ou verrou à la porte de la chambre et de la salle de bains, un peu comme pour un séjour en famille. Pas vraiment un problème mais peu en dérouter certains.

Примерно все как описано на сайте. Чистые номера, довольно просторные. типичный Брюссельский дом в тихом спальном районе. Вполне приличный домашний завтрак в отдельной столовой (соседнее строение во дворе).

Но, это не гостиница, а частный дом, где хозяева сдают комнаты. Никаких надписей на входе ассоциирующихся с названием гостиницы. Звонить в последний по списку звонок!! Хозяева не говорят по английски (и по-русски тоже). Туалет общий на две комнаты (причем комнаты на разных этажах). В номере под мансардой ванна расположена под покатой крышей где не возможно стоять.

Endroit absolument charmant ! Un véritable enchantement quand le portail s'ouvre sur cet endroit. Les chambres sont décorées avec beaucoup de goût et de charme. Il n'y a aucun reproche : l'accueil, le service, la propreté est irréprochable. Le petit-déjeuner est complet. Le couple de gérant est très chaleureux. Nous reviendrons si l'occasion se représente.
