The extremely loud floor boards on the room above woke us up whenever the guests on the 2nd floor were walking/around/ went to the toilet. On the first night this was all morning from from 4am. Then on the second night/morning the guests above woke up at 7am and as a result, so were we. The hotel staff knew about the problem with our room and in their own words said they " shouldn't really have people in there". The only compensation offered was to waiver the cost of buffet (cereal) breakfast. At 85euro a night I don't think free muesli is fair compensation!
It is verz clean, coyz, located almost 10 mins easz walking form the citz center. The perfect value form monez choise.
The location was amazing. The staff was excellent. The room was very comfortable. The wifi was quick.
We got bit by bedbugs, but did not know until we got home and research what the small red bites were from on our faces, arms, and legs.
Really good restaurant serving local food next door.
No bedside lamp next to 3rd bed so difficult for my son to read before going to sleep.
Location; comfort; price.
Prefectly situated, with extremely helpfull staff, clean and safe.
Great location near all the sights, but off the beaten track. Very clean, good breakfast and nice decor. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I'd definately go back.
It's an old building and the floors creak! But that's to be expected. The bed could have been a little less firm for my comfort.
Lovely hotel, very clean. Very convenient location in a quiet side street only a few minutes walk from the markt.
Great location on quiet street one block off main retail streets. Very easy walk to the train station.
Staff extremely helpful, friendly and caring. Location excellent, close to sights, shopping and lots of restaurants close by. Staff very helpful in medical situation which arose. Breakfast very good.
Stairs ( but staff carried suitcases - much appreciated.)
Nicely redone room. Staff was especially helpful with excellent recommendations regarding dining in town.
Location, price, friendliness of staff
We only had a small time to spend in Bruges; the hotel was in a great location close to the middle of the central business district. Staff was friendly, the room small but comfortable. Breakfast was very nice-would highly recommend.
The owner was very courteous and personally addressed each guest. It's a small hotel with a relaxed atmosphere and clean bright rooms. The location is excellent, walking distance to everything and a parking garage across the road. Very nice stay!
Our queen bed consisted of two separate single beds which didn't want stay together/weren't secured.
The rooms where clean and someone made the bed and changed the towels every day, big tv and nice en suite x
Bad nights sleep due to floorboards above our room squeezing when people checked out and got up at 06.30, and banging from builders 2 doors away but can't be helped
Location and breakfast downstairs. The wine bar an added bonus. Very spacious and clean
Walking up extremely narrow, steep stairs with luggage. Plumbing fixtures need worked on.
Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Wifi connection worked well.
Unpleasantly small. No comforts to the room. Charging for breakfast when you've already charged FAR more than the hotel was worth. You could hear every peep in the whole hotel, no quietness or privacy. The shower drain was so clogged our first night that I had to stand in my own wash water, as well as whatever came out of the clogged drain. Mosquitoes in the room at night. Very uncomfortable beds. No where for leisure, in room or lobby. This hotel was more like a hostel... not worth it.
the girl in reception was always very helpful- nothing was a problem.
Wifi wasn't fast but when you're on holiday you shouldn't need it anyway
A bit pricey...
The location of the hotel is really good
The cost - for what the hotel is - seemed very, very high though it appears Brugges is a very expensive place to stay.
Staff Simplicity of decor and room Room overlooking the street. Lovely breakfast Small boutique hotel Breakfast room Outdoor garden/view
Room was spacious, clean and modern. Staff were very good and location was excellent!
No mini fridge, no air con.
Excellent location, very friendly staff at the reception, Old building which is nicely appointed and comfortable sized rooms.
The Parking garage in the front of the hotel in the middle of the town
The stairs ;)
Room cleanliness and good continental breakfast; excellent location for sightseeing in Brugges
Mosquitoes in evening - annoying and painful!
